Given that this is a game where you need lots of time to plan anything i.e buying next module that costs 500,000 credits or a tank thats 2 million credits plus the experience thats also needed its not unfair of players to keep asking these questions as it is the only way they can try and find out.
Can we also have a definite yes or no as to some type of event for players not taking part in the tournament as many feel it is unfair to them not to have anything because they choose not to be in a clan.

This game has been delayed couple of times now while the Russians
had their release already.
Iif you delay another 1 to 2 months, you will be loosing players. This beta is due end sometime so nobody is really taking any effort to do something because the hardwipe is coming. We dont need to "betatest" anything either cause formally this game is out of beta already. So every closed and open beta tester has no real reason to play at the moment. That contributes to loosing interest. And loosing interest contributes to....you got it, leaving for another game.
Time has come, you need to release, or loose quite a lot of players. Do you guys actually realise this at all? Do you understand that nobody really wants to put any effort in this game at the moment because of the hardwipe? Do you understand that this game going live for us allows us to start working on our retail techtree without any fear?
We than have a goal, now we dont, and whats the point of a game with no goal? Exactly...control-a -> shift-delete

then goes a few weeks testing on ST server, then [possbily]
short-term public testing. Can't be more certain here.

might provide a minor bonus.

Overlord: Data in E-100 drawings and schemes varies much, overall Krupp
turret armoring will be somewhat similar to Maus turret, I believe.
Internal testing will show.

3-10 vehicles. Therefore every team had heavy SPGs, light SPGs,
scouts of tier 3-4, and tanks of tiers 5-10. Scouts knew that it is
crucial to scout efficiently, provide their own team SPGs with
campers positions and SPGs took care of it.
Current system helped those people who did not like the idea of scouting in their Tier 3-4 vehicles vs. Tier 9-10 tanks, therefore usual endgame battle lacks scouts of any kind. SPG nerf greatly reduced amount of SPGs who were planned as destroyers of campers. Lacking scouts to spot the targets and lacking SPGs to punish campers for camping, it is now much harder for random team to defeat the random team that decided to camp, because it is much easier to make organized defense with random team (they have lots of tanks, we camp defend!) than make organized attack with random team against prepared defenders.
Nerfing T-54, demanded by many players, also did not lead to increase of battle dynamics, quite opposite.
Company and tournament battles are completely different of course, because teammates cooperate and teams are made as balanced as possible.
Just my two cents.

as you've got the references then modelling one or two new turrets
should take a few days at most, including all textures.
As for when the E-series actually gets here- can we actually have a date? I know you can't give us an exact date but how about a rough estimate like 'In three weeks' or something? I'm not planning to spend any cash on premium/gold until the E-series is here (assuming the tanks are equal to Russian ones) so a rough date would be very nice to know.

preparing tech description (history and warfare experts) -> modelling (3D modellers, some of them are third-party) -> checking the model (history and warfare experts) -> testing the model (QA) -> assigning performance values (game designers) -> internal testing (QA and game designers).
Even partial substitution breaks the chain. And everything should be done once again.
Rough date would be "after US TDs".

Overlord: Mostly because we already have E-100 modelled with Maus and Krupp
turrets. It'd be rather time-consuming to remodel it and will
definitely push back the actual release date of series for about 2
months.

While quantitative stats may well suggest T-54 is worse off than other T9 mediums, qualitative data suggests there is a great amount of T-54 drivers who zoom around to the front like they have an erection, often dying early in the round while accomplishing little. Additionally several examples abound of T-54s trying to face off one or multiple T9&T10 heavies stationary. P2 & Pershing drivers can't and don't seem to afford either of those tactics but have to rely on proper medium tank gameplay.
So, question: Are you going to keep on considering purely quantitative data when making balancing choices?

While quantitative stats may well suggest T-54 is worse off than other T9 mediums, qualitative data suggests there is a great amount of T-54 drivers who zoom around to the front like they have an erection, often dying early in the round while accomplishing little. Additionally several examples abound of T-54s trying to face off one or multiple T9&T10 heavies stationary. P2 & Pershing drivers can't and don't seem to afford either of those tactics but have to rely on proper medium tank gameplay.

available on whether it participated in battles or not, whether it
entered full-scale production, what were the effectiveness and

The Developers’ Corner contains several subsections: Questions, Suggestions, Impressions, and “Developers Break Down Game Mechanics” - a section explaining the more obscure mechanics of the game. Part 3: Feedback Processing
The forums and support websites are currently the main feedback sources. There are two main feedback sections on the forum: the Developer’s Corner and the Technical Support & Bug Reporting sections. The Developers’ Corner contains several subsections: Questions, Suggestions, Impressions, and “Developers Break Down Game Mechanics” - a section explaining the more obscure mechanics of the game. Technical Support & Bug Reporting is also broken into subsections: General Error Reporting, In-Game Bug Reporting, and Localization & Translation. Together, these sections form the main source of forum feedback. In addition, the community managers, support team, and specialists from other departments conduct constant analyses of the forums aimed at discovering additional relevant data and comments, such as comments on the game maps or vehicles.
The Support website plays an equally important role, transmitting information directly from players to the support team, whose objective is to rapidly solve individual game-related problems. If a problem that cannot be solved by the player following the recommendations of the support team is uncovered, the matter is directed to the Quality Assurance department, where the issue goes under thorough examination and discussion. After running all necessary tests, the Quality Assurance team reports the issue to relevant departments, where the issue is then resolved and finally patched into the game.

Part 4: The International Supertest
The Russian Supertest has already been online for a few months, and in the coming months an International Supertest server will be set up. The Supertest is a special server that all updates must go to before being officially released, as a final quality check. This server provides the developers with information that can be used to improve the upcoming update before release, including bug fixes and balancing issues, and improve the overall quality of future updates.
What this means for players:
An opportunity to test new features and content before it is released officially. This includes new vehicles, maps, game modes, and much more.
An opportunity to have greater and more pointed influence upon the development of the game by tracking bugs and pointing failures of game mechanics.
An opportunity to increase the level and quality of communication between players and the World of Tanks development team.
Players interested in the participating in the Supertest are encouraged to watch for updates on the main website and forums for instructions on how to join.

Armor is different on different parts. At some parts it is thicker; at some it is thinner. We used historical data for creating models armor parts.

welcome to our second (in fact first, but it got delayed) interview with famous people of World of Tanks project. One dark winter evening I’ve thought: what if we’d ask Wargaming people some naughty questions about things we’d like to know, and so we did.
Today we present you with our Questions and Answers Specialist, Developer and good guy in overall: OVERLORD!
What is your opinion on existing game balance? If you could, what would you change personally?
I would boost Medium Tanks of Tier 9, especially Panther and Pershing, so that there are more different vehicles in Clan Wars. I’d boost Maus as well, probably. And Tank Destroyers of Tier 9 too. And King Tiger as well, so that German tank players would be glad.
What is your opinion on SPGs? If you could, what would you change personally?
SPGs work as it should. Personally I use SU-26, Object 212 and GW-Tiger.
Do you like current Visibility mechanics?
My personal opinion is that Visibility system is ok in general. We will improve the algorithm and it will be better (follow the patch notes).
What is your opinion on current Russian server Clan Wars? If you could, what would you change personally?
Clan Wars are quite fun. I fought in several battles for Wargaming Clan personally. We will increase amount of provinces like… three to four times the current amount and it will be even better.
Which tank do you like the most? Which tank do you prefer?
My favorite tank is T20. I also like H38. SU-26 is a nice one as well, seems like we should nerf it…
Which tank do you like the least?
I do not like T-28 and Lee.
Which tank do you fear the most?
Object 704.
Which tank do you miss the most ingame?
I miss A-22. But do not force us to implement it!
Which map do you find most interesting? Difficult? Tactical?
Most interesting for me is Prokhorovka. Most difficult – Komarin. Most tactical – Lakesville.
Which map do you like the least and why?
I do not like Murovanka because of very different terrain around respawns that could cause disbalance. I do not like Pagorki because of its single crucial point – the Hill. If it is taken, in 80% cases the owner is pwning the other team.
What place would you like to see as a map ingame?
I want as many maps as possible. And I’m sure we’ll get them. Maybe even New York City.
What do you take into consideration when you create a new map?
Our main aim is to provide interesting and challenging gameplay. Second thing is how useful that map would be for Clan Wars. The third one is how beautiful it could be.
What game modes would you like to see ingame?
As many as we can. More preferably. After we solve optimization questions, we will start the 3 x 3 km map for 45 vs. 45 players. Maybe even with respawns for different tanks – if servers would be able to handle it.
What would you like to add to the project personally?
Large battles and different game modes. Full tank trees for many nations, covering the full globe with Clan Wars map, what else it could be?
FEMALES QUESTIONS
How do you view females ingame? Do you think WoT is able to draw females’ attention?
I view them positively. My sister plays WoT for example.
Will we get female tankists ingame or only male tankists will remain?
I think so, if speaking about ingame icons. My sister plays already on GW-Tiger.
Did it happen that you were defeated ingame by a girl? Do you consider yourself being a man still? How did you feel?
I try to play as good as I can. It probably happened already, I still feel alright. It’s important for me to not repeat mistakes I made.
When will we officially get pink skins ingame?
With British tanks I think, one of their sand camouflage patterns included pink color.
Does anyone of your family play WoT? Do you want your family to play WoT?
My sister. Sometimes I want that she would play less.

I would boost Medium Tanks of Tier 9, especially Panther and Pershing, so that there are more different vehicles in Clan Wars. I’d boost Maus as well, probably. And Tank Destroyers of Tier 9 too. And King Tiger as well, so that German tank players would be glad.

SPGs work as it should. Personally I use SU-26, Object 212 and GW-Tiger.

effect once learnt. The efficiency of skill increases linearly,
