Overlord: If it were possible, I would give the date right away.
So as to keep you updated on the progress, v.0.6.4 is going to be released on supertest server in about a week. Then the update will be tested there for some time before it gets to short public stress-tesing.

Overlord: This is unlikely to happen, current version of Stug is quite competitive. It is balanced with SU-85 accurate within 0.5% in terms of experience and win ratio.

Overlord: 1. Release will take place shortly after the preliminary stage of the championship.
2. I meant the championship actually.
3. Currently there is not ETA on the patch, since it hasn't been deployed to supertest yet.

Overlord: Pre-orders won't affect the current tech trees in any way. Major adjustments to German tree are not planned. Apart from introduction of E-50, E-75, and E-100, which is not a change in its full sense.

Overlord: Most of the fixes will cone along with v.0.6.4 patch:
- reconsidered camo values
- new mantlet mechanics (at least for Maus and JT)
- new hit-box for Maus
- adjustments for KwK 12.8 cm
- JT adjustments
and some other things.
Lowe will be added relatively soon after the release (again in v.0.6.4), it will be a "regular" premium vehicle available for purchase in store.

on a trainingbatle on ruinberg several people said they couldnt render tanks past 500 meters on other mas in random battles it worked fine

Overlord: This patch wasn't supposed to bring any changes to the current visibility and spotting mechanics. Need more evidence to evaluate possible issue.

Overlord: No, that's not true. Those are passive skills that have their effect once learnt. The efficiency of skill increases linearly, 100% skill provides double bonus, e.g. 100% camo skill gives -50% repair time.

And also, editing this post, are there any plans to give the Russian' 107 mm gun to the Germans as a captured gun, for example as a StuG III upgrade?
The 107 mm M1910/30 was used by the Wehrmacht and designated 10,7 cm K 352( r ), and in March 1944 they still had 17 such guns in service.

Is that because the engine calculates those last ten percent to the hundred as me trying to get my third skill from 90% to 100%, ie is the base skill "moved down the que"? If so, is that a bug or a feature to make people buy more gold? ;) (I don't mind buying gold to train crew later. I'm just curious how all of this works).

Overlord: 1. No, they are active in spite of the fact primary skills are below 100%.
2. After retraining primary skills grow two times slower, it was made on purpose.
Edited after the check-up, March 9. There is no 2X reduction.
