I can say with absolute certainty that right now, you are not. In fact, if the only damage you do to a tank is track/module damage, the tank doesn't even show up in your list of damaged vehicles! Obviously it's going to be hard for the game to reward for dealing damage about which it knows nothing.
Players should be rewarded for track and module damage exactly as much as they would be if they had dealt hp damage to those tanks instead. Or else please let me choose to never deal track/module damage.

Overlord: The regions cant be put together due to connectivity issues (pings,
etc). Physically public test server is located in Germany, so EU
players can play comfortably.

That is why I asked our Volunteer Helpers to process the screenshots and make the lists of winners. Probably, due to some misunderstandings in rules from their side or their notes from mine, the list of the winners was not correct. I will recheck all appealed submissions and change the list of prizers, if necessary.
For now I have checked all appealed submissions and currently Fr33Th1nk3r with 64 hits is the one, who will be on the 5th position in the 'Steel Wall' category.
Gungunus, you submission is made according to the rules. Though it is not same to an example, the main points are completed - 6 screenshots (end battle and garage ones) in one post, with no major editions and with battles, made according to the contest rules.
Vash8349 will be added to the winners of the second place.
If you still have some questions or doubts about the enties or rules - feel free to ask (yes, we will change 'should' to 'must' next time)

Tanitha: I would guess its their fraud protection system. you are probably
limited to that transaction until its successfully gone though and
not charge backed, before you are allowed another payment. But if
you could please loge a ticket with support.worldoftanks.com and
direct the question to the finance specialists, they could probably
give you more information.
If you have problems getting the issue resolved with finance, supply the ticket number here and I'll get it followed up for you.

MrVic: Shells originate from about a foot down the gun barrel from turret,
so if your barrel is "inside or clipped" into a object and you fire
it will travel and hit that object.
Any object or tank above or below your barrel elevation will not hit, So a really small tank next to a Maus can avoid being hit for example.
Remember a HE shell does have a radius of splash damage so shooting point blank into a enemy or object you might take splash damage at the range from your own shell.

it players abiding by the game rules, or the moderators enforcing
the game rules.
Disputes on moderators are welcome, if you provide specific facts, logs and information, through the proper channels, IE a support ticket.
General insults and disputing within the game and forums are sanctioned though, Longer in the forums than in game. As you can tell by your "mute' times.
If you have any specific complaints where moderators were not enforcing ruels appropriately, please submit them to support and I'll look into the situation.

server.
Database from the main US server was copied as of July 28, so players who have registered prior to this date can access public test server. To do so, follow the steps below:
1. Download Full US client v.6.5 (1.94 Gb) and install into a separate folder.
2. Download and install 6.6 test1 update (125 Mb) over the 6.5 client.
3. Download and install 6.6 test2 update (175 Mb) over the 6.6 test1 client.
Attention! Progress won't be transferred to the main server.
The game can be launched only via WorldOfTanks.exe file!

Here are the two questions that did not get answered, along with some additional questions:
1. Can the T34 / M103 have a 105mm or 120mm that they can quickly research to help alleviate the pain of having a very inadequate gun for tier 9 (that the Ausf B and IS-4 do not have a problem with)? The Patton has something very similar to this proposal with the 90mm M36 / 90mm T15EM2.
Or, could the T34 / M103 just start with a beter gun?
2. Somewhat related to question 1, how is the T32 doing for balance? Comparing in-game stats, personal experience using the tank and fighting against it, I'm not convinced that it is performing adequately. One possible solution to the problem presented in question 1 is giving the T32 a better gun, something that has basically the same stats as the T5E1 105mm, but is a higher velocity shell and thus has a penetration value of around 220mm for AP rounds. This would allow the T34 / M103 to use a gun that is actually somewhat useful for tier 9 while grinding up the best gun (instead of being almost useless for 60k experience).
3. You responded to questions about the M103's gun saying the 120mm will be using HEAT ammo. Are you saying that the M103's / T110's gun will use HEAT ammo as it's primary ammo? If "yes", surely you won't be charging gold for the rounds... right? If "no", will the other types of rounds (I assume AP and HE would be the standard ammo types) be competitive? Any information on the M103 / T110's gun would be great!
4. When the T34 becomes tier 8, will it's 102mm gun retain its current penetration values? Since you guys (the developers) seem to rely on historical figures for penetration values, I can see it keeping the penetration values it has right now.

I really do apologise if these questions has already been posted but there are so many questions and nearly 5 pages now. It's not like I'm going to spend up to 30 minutes reading just to see if a simple and not a long question has already been asked.

ARGO: I totally agree and I hope no one thought my earlier post was about
getting the kill. It just bothers me when you team is trying like
hell to win while there are a few bad apples out there that could
care less, they just sit back while their team mates do all the
work and then pull the trigger. The idea is if you see your team
mate fighting and you can help.....then help him, this is not a
spectators sport and you still have a 50/50 chance of getting the
kill but again sitting back 3 feet away and waiting to gull a kill
is not by any means helping, it just takes away from the game.
Reminds me of the guy who leaves a cap to gloryhound a kill only to
get pawned and cause a team loss.

With the vicious amount of horrendous team play this game barely evokes, despite it's obvious influence on many people soloing their way, it's become a hard task. All in all, I'll shoot at a tank to ding them, to not even penetrate their armor. Even when the AP round is showing green and I'm zoned in on their little hull, or little peak-a-boo periscopes. I can not for the life of me, do much damage. Alas they start shooting at me, penetrating my front armor like it wasn't there, catching my engine on fire, and bang, I'm dead.

Picture concludes my statement, and I purpose you do something about it. I cannot threaten you, I know you care very little about a whiner, but I suppose I'll let everyone else know that this game is not fun after awhile. It's drop dead pathetic. It may be fun with premium, I've yet to find out. I've yet to 'steal mommies credit card' and find out, even though I have much else to pay for outside of pixel tanks.

same which ofcourse is another point you left out of your
mathmatical equation......However I am a Super Mod and I do know a

Himmelsdorf the other night drive up behind my IS4 and sit there
when I was smacking a Lowe, I got the Lowe from 100% to 17% and the
Lowe hit me pretty good too, The guy in a TD behind me then drove
around me crosssed in front of me stopped directly in my path, shot
the Lowe before I could ask what he was doing he then typed
"thanks" and drove off to his next gull session. Now again I don't
get mad, but that was by all means low class, poor sportsmanship
and the mark of a true nooblet.

Either way, It may suck to have done but it's one less tank that will be shooting at you. I don't mind unless again you have a vulture that simply sits and does nothing to help until the guys an easy oneshot that takes it. Thats just poor sportmanship, If your going to watch then at least help.

It would be much more intuitive to have the player's "day" reset when the server does, so that these events coincide correctly with what the player expects.

I would tend to agree [that a stock gun is not supposed to be good], BUT the problem lies with this particular gun. The IS-4 can equip the BL-9 without any modules being researched (if the gun was researched on the IS-3). The Ausf B can equip the 10.5 L/62 without any modules being researched (if the gun was researched on the Tiger II). The same is true for the T34, BUT (and this is the problem) the 105mm T5E1 is barely adequate at tier 8! While the BL-9 and 10.5 L/62 are very good guns at tier 8, the 105mm T5E1 only (barely) works because the T32 has so many other great things going for it. If the T32 didn't have its great combination of speed, maneuverability, gun depression, and turret armor, the 105mm T5E1 would not be good enough at tier 8. Since the T34 can't use these same strengths at tier 9, the 105mm T5E1 just doesn't cut it. If it had just 20mm more penetration, I think it would work fine until the 120mm, but the low penetration on a tier 9 heavy is a severe detriment to it's performance and ability to research new parts. Don't make a tank nearly useless just to make people spend free EXP to make it contribute to a battle. The IS-4 and Ausf B. don't have to suffer through the same hardship.
