ARGO: Whats sad is that all 3 are good choices, Even I have trouble
picking just one....So I will get them all again too. But Tiger is
the best sniper of the 3 but the T29 is the best "all a round"
tank. The IS is a great tank and with a skilled driver can even up
with any of it's piers.

ARGO: Yes there is truth to this however the Tiger unlike any TD in the
role of a TD can if need be defend itself from a rear attack and do
a bit of brawling where the TD "depending on the TD" may get caught
with it's pants down and showing it's weakest armour. Like I said,
I like them all and drive most but the Tiger is a masterful sniper
and at distance can and will bring it's conterparts to their knees
if left unchecked which to the Tigers benefit is usually the case.
There are time being though of as a nonthreat can be to your
biggest advantage.

ARGO: Tiger is a damn good tank, with the long 88 it becomes a very
effective and deadly sniper. I will always keep a Tiger because
they can be fun used properly and are good looking too. There is no
crap between the three, it more or less match the right vehicle to
your fighting style and equiping it properly. Also remember when
picking that you may plan on going past it so make sure you are
also happy with whats beyond your choice too.

Unless they deciede to make a program that places your name above your target saying "your name's Kill" then you just have to run with the way it is....and besides, there is no way anyone in WoT hasn't either on purpose or accidently tagged someone else's target....It's not always intentional and in the heat of a match most players thoughts are just wiping out the enemy and winning, and you know what? I am completely satisfied with winning.

ARGO: Although all three are good in thier own right and some may think
the Russian tank would be the way to go, I have to say having run
all 3 that the T29 is the best all around heavy of the
three.....Hands Down. It has the armour, it has the speed, and it
has the firepower to keep up with any other heavy. The T29 reminds
me alot of my IS4 and like the IS4 when there is a Maus, Aus B, or
IS7 on the battlefield players have a nasty tendency to overlook it
as a threat and that's fine with me, the T29 like the Hetzer will
make you pay dearly if you turn your back on it. As for the other
two heavies, I agree with a prior post....get them all, they to are
good, Tiger tanks are fantastic snipers....utterly fantastic and NO
garage is complete without a Tiger tank in it.

Overlord: We haven't scheduled this particular vehicle yet. It definitely
wont be added in the next update.

ARGO: I have tried them both, I have spent a lot of time running TDs and
I will have to say either choice you really can't lose. The Jag has
unbelieveable range and scary accuracy, the 704 will dominate like
a rabid gorilla in a room full of infants. The only truly TD piece
of advice I could give you that may be of a surprise is that I out
of all the TDs I have tried so far really liked the all around
action of a ISU-152. It was to me to a quite a well rounded TD for
running with the big boys. So in short if top tier is what you seek
then it's accuracy "German" Vs. firpower "Russian". Since they both
hit extremly hard I being a sniper at heart go with the one least
likely to miss....especially in a TD.

that was just the fake tip of newsletter 22 1/2.
If mods do have any advantage in game, it would only be because they spent 8 hours a day for 6+ months helping out with the game, reading most forum posts and guides, and playing 10's of 1000's of games.
You usually find that when mods do join the mod team they they lose their advantage, because they are too busy helping out, to get to play much ay more.
If you want the advantages mods have, you also could play 10,000's of games, and read every forum post in the forums, just to even things up.. Nothing stopping you, feel free..

Any serious clan would use a external voice communications to communicate, not the typed chat that a mute would effect.

If you have a view range of 500, and a tank is hidden and cammo'ed, you might see that hidden tank 100m away.
If you have a view range of 550, and a tank is hidden and cammo'ed, you might see that hidden tank 150m away.

Hypnotik: That's correct. Purchased gold is for your account only, and not
for the clan. There was originally a plan to be able to transfer
that gold in-game, but it seems WG is going back on it.

Currently we suppose that accounts on Russian mail services mail.ru
, mail.yandex.ru and some others were hacked (mainly using trojan
programms integrated in the 'fan' software). After getting access
to the mails and personal information, hackers 'restored' the
password from WoT account and gained access.
Also there is no confirmation of rumors about thousands of hacked accounts. We have found some number, but it is not major.

celebration and will be equally meaningful to all the Beta testors
that were here from the start. I know I was and it has been a real
fun ride. Hard to believe it's been over a year. And I still get

Overlord: Updated German medium tank line looks as follows. (6.6 Update)
Panther II substituted by E-50 as tier 9 German medium tank.
Panther II - to tier 8.
Pz. V Panther substituted by Panther II as tier 8 German medium tank.
Pz. V Panther is moved to tier 7
Change Order from Pz. V Panther to Panther II
The exchanging of the “Pz. V Panther” and “Panther II” has been implemented in this manner.
Variant 1.
If the “Pz. V Panther” tank has been researched but it wasn’t in the player’s garage, the following changes were implemented:
1. The cell for tier 8 medium tank was changed from “Pz. V Panther” into “Panther II” in the German tech tree;
2. Default modules of “Pz. V Panther” tank were changed into the respective ones on the “Panther II” in the tech tree if necessary;
3. If the Maybach HL210 P30, Maybach HL230 P45, Maybach HL234 P45 engines were researched on the “Pz. V Panther”, it would be unlocked on the “Panther II”, the same would go for the FuG12 radio (the Maybach HL 234 P 50 engine will not be available in tier 8)
4. If the PzKpfw-V-Schmalturm turret was researched on the “Pz. V Panther”, the Panther-II-Schmalturm turret in the “Panther II’’ tank tree will become researched;
5. If the PzKpfw-V-Ketten Ausf. 1945 suspension was researched on the “Pz. V Panther”, the Panther-II-Ketten Ausf. B suspension on the “Panther II” tank tree will become researched;
6. The guns research scheme and its current progress will be moved to the “Panther II” tank tree from the “Pz. V Panther” without any changes, 7,5 cm KwK45 L/100gun is added to the scheme;
7. The research cost for all modules in experience and their price in credits from the “Pz. V Panther” tank are saved for “Panther II” tank. For example, to research the Panther-II-Schmalturm turret that replaced the PzKpfw-V-Schmalturm turret, you’ll have to spend the same amount of XP as it was for PzKpfw-V-Schmalturm; And to buy for example, the Panther-II-Schmalturm in the Store you need the same amount of credits as to buy PzKpfw-V-Schmalturm in the previous version of tech tree;
8. All undistributed XP from “Pz. V Panther” tank passes to the “Panther II” tank;
9. All modules from the “Pz. V Panther” tank, which are not compatible with other tanks (turrets, suspension) and available in the player’s depot, are sold by their nominal purchase price, credits from this operation will be credited to the player's account.
10. All modules from the “Pz. V Panther” tank, which are compatible with the “Panther II” tank (radio, engines, guns) are stored in the player’s depot, as well as all ammo for the above-mentioned guns.
11. Every crew member in the player’s barracks and/or on other vehicles with “Pz. V Panther” tank specialization is swapped to the ” Panther II” tank specialization without any other changes and penalties.
12. Player statistics for “Pz. V Panther” tank pass to the “Panther II” tank without any losses or penalties and with preservation of all achievements.
13. Player will have “Pz. V Panther” on the 7th tier researched and “Panther II” on the 8th tier.
Variant 2
If “Pz. V Panther” was in the garage at the moment of the change and was researched, all stated in the Variant 1 takes place, along with:
1. “Pz. V Panther” tank is replaced by “Panther II” saving all installed and researched modules - gun, engine and etc. In case of modules incompatibility, which has to be researched (for example, turret) they will be changed on the similar for the “Panther II” tank.
2. Ammo loaded on “Pz. V Panther” is transferred to the depot;
3. Consumables, mounted on the “Pz. V Panther” tank are moved to “Panther II” tank;
4. Equipment mounted on the “Pz. V Panther” tank is transferred to the depot without any losses for the player;
5. The crew with additional qualifications on the “Pz. V Panther” is transferred to the “Panther II”;
6. Player receives one tank slot for free;
7. Player gets “Pz. V Panther” with default modules without additional modules or consumables, it’s crew will have 100% level, “Pz. V Panther” specialization without additional skills.

Overlord: There is such chance, since we have scheduled 7.0 for autumn. It
will depend whether camos, multi-server support and some other
features are ready for release by that time.

Overlord: Is the delay really huge? Personally I dont think so. Most likely
it will be less than a week. You already know that we don't deploy
updates on Fridays.

Overlord: Can't say that it was obviously overperforming (like Maus was), but
it was doing better than IS-7.
