How to stop kill-stealing

A team mate is struggling against a superior enemy.
A team mate (or more) waits to a side for the fighting team mate to die.
Just as it seems the fighting team mate is about to win his fight; the lazy team mate shoots and kills the enemy.
The lazy team mate gets a 'kill' with barely any effort; but the team mate who did all the fighting is now in very bad shape.
How can one stop this? How can we make more certain a team actually will be a team? How can we be certain a team mate will actually help another team mate?
A simple problem the players can not fix; but the game developers can.
All they would have to do is remove the tags revealing the enemy's hit points (except maybe to whomever has damaged them for a short time after the damage is inflicted).
In this manner; the kill-stealers would have no means of knowing when the enemy is about to die.
Heck, they may actually get involved and become a team.
What a concept.

ARGO: How can I put this in the best most simplest way to make my point undestood by all.....
This is a TEAM based game about WAR, There is no such thing as kill stealing in a WAR, There is only winners and losers "The quick and the dead". Unless they deciede to make a program that places your name above your target saying "your name's Kill" then you just have to run with the way it is....and besides, there is no way anyone in WoT hasn't either on purpose or accidently tagged someone else's target....It's not always intentional and in the heat of a match most players thoughts are just wiping out the enemy and winning, and you know what? I am completely satisfied with winning.
