Quick question though, Why couldn't the regions be put together like it is with this test one? With more people there would be less problems with the match maker not finding people around your tier.

Overlord: The regions cant be put together due to connectivity issues (pings,
etc). Physically public test server is located in Germany, so EU
players can play comfortably.
