Ectar:   We're not going to start splitting the game down so that each team has XXX meds, XXX heavies, XXX autoloaders, XXX scouts etc. It's something our devs have stated a few times (teams won't be balanced on vehicle type). The T57 has had some adjustment changes in this update. The Waffle E100 hurts yes, but it also get nailed pretty quickly when spotted.  The T54E1 isn't a very popular tank, the Lorraine isn't a very popular tank.  At tier 10 and 9 there is multiple very strong tanks out there.  It's very rare that you get into a 1 on 1 situation with an autoloader and you don't have cover or a team mate that can get a shot in.  The example you're giving of 11 autoloaders in the enemy team is a very very rare example (It's like saying no one plays arty because you got a match with no arty). I know it's frustrating when you get clipped, on the flip side being able to smash a Waffle E100 with a HESH or HEAT shell is very enjoyable as is catching out any autoloader who's reloading.

Ectar:   My advice was nothing to do with the launcher.  I'll be willing to bet there is multiple posts over the next few days however with people complaining about hitting "battle" and then having problems loading battles. This happens every update and the advice from us is always the same when related to that problem as it's pretty much always outdated addons.   For the issues with the launcher not updating I've asked players in our announce thread to use our dedicated 9.3 forum section to report issues about that. I've also said earlier that we're looking into that issue and the cause for it/to find a solution.  Remarks like that are not helpful when trying to resolve issues for players. I'd appreciate it that if players don't have anything to add to this conversation other than a dig at Wargaming or a sarcastic reply, they hold off for future threads where I'm sure their exceptional wit would be better showcased to a wider and relevant audience.  - Some players are having problems, we're trying to help fix those problems. Now is not the time to stick in replies for the sake of it which are not constructive or helpful.  When we're trying to get the scale of an issue and half the replies are not relevant it's a little bit frustrating.

Ectar:   Players are always free to suggest ideas for their favourite games, but please don't ever get into the frame of mind that just because you think something should happen, that everyone shares that view and our developers must add it.  Hundreds of thousands of players are going to want different things and there is no way you can honestly say you speak for a majority.   I can say that for the forums at least, punishment for repeat offences will now be much more harsh. Ectar: We didn't want to do a new article as we didn't want to warn naughty players that we were coming for them. We've had this new system active since the start of the month and 9.3 will bring an additional system to deal with AFK players and those players who leave a battle early. What we have active on EU atm is the same as what is active on RU.  You don't hear much about players being banned because no one wants to admit they got caught doing something they shouldn't have.

Ectar:   That is correct. Not being game developers however doesn't mean we don't know anything. The difference is our developers can say what they want when they want as they are the people who decide on those changes. With the permission of our developers there is plenty of topics we can discuss or answer.  I know all about the next planned 3 patches for World of Tanks for example, but it's not my place to talk about something like that as it's always subject to change and our developers can change their minds about things multiple times before the content comes to live server (If you've been following the comments made about the FV4202 recently you'll know exactly what I mean). This is why we are only likely to mention stuff our developers are pretty sure won't change much (but again there is always the potential it could change).  Talking about future content in games is always a tricky subject.

Ectar:   If you submit a ticket to our support team, the tone of your message will not result in a different answer time.  If you're having a discussion on the forums and come across hostile, you may find that responses from other players are in a similar tone.  A forum is an open discussion where set metrics don't exist (such as tickets answered per hour/average waiting time to be answered etc etc). Submitting a ticket, talking to someone face to face at an event, talking to someone on TS/Vent/Skype and opening a topic on the forums are all totally different methods of interacting with someone.  Not every topic or thread posted on our forums warrant a reply from our staff and many of the topics get answered by other members of our communities. Of course everyone would like a direct Wargaming reply to their comments/suggestions/questions but sadly that's not possible.  Our forums are to promote discussion between players, they're not here to act as a service portal for queries (that's why we have our ticket system).

The prizes for the winners of the Twilight of Gods event have now been distributed to your accounts. Due to a server-side error, some of the winners were unintentionally credited twice, resulting in them receiving in addition to the reward tank (T23E3) also 7 000 Gold. While considering many options on rectifying the situation, we have decided to fix the problem in two different ways:
 
1.       On game accounts with more than 7000 gold at the time when we realized the error, the gold was removed
2.       For a very small number of players that did not have 7000 gold at that time, we have decided to remove the reward tank
 
Additionally we decided that players affected by the 2nd way (and only those) will be eligible to exchange 7000 gold for the reward tank if they wish to do so. In order to avail of the exchange, please make sure you have 7000 gold or more on your account and write a ticket to Customer Service via the Support Portal requesting the exchange. The Customer Service will then remove 7000 gold from your account and send you the reward tank in exchange.
 
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this error.

Ectar:   We do have a Dev Q&A but sadly it's only available on our Russian forums as the game was launched in Russia first, by Russian speaking developers and our largest and main community is Russian (It's at least 4 times larger than our EU community). Like it or not and we can go round in circles all day about this, what players ask for already exists, sadly it's just not available in English.

You're 100% not going to get an answer.    We hold the AMAA on reddit because this is a popular system/format that many gaming companies use to reach out to their fans. If you don't wish to use reddit, that's your choice. Please understand however that a Dev Q&A like we have on the RU forums is not something there is any plans to add to the EU forums and making demands (polite or otherwise) won't change that.
