Update 9.3 Bug Reports

Ectar: Please post in this thread any bugs or issues you are experiencing with update 9.3.   Please first make sure before reporting any issues that you DO NOT have any add-ons/mods installed.  It's important to test your game when it is free of any external influences that we have no control over.  (Many UI issues for example or delayed loading/connecting issues are related to outdated mods).
