Update 9.3 video megathread

Ectar: Greetings Commanders!   Now that update 9.3 has launched there is lots of information to take on board.  We've gathered up some of the best guides we could find from our players and have collected them all here in one place! If you are not a video editor but you watch a different editor or want to recommend another player's content, then please also send us a message so we can check them out. We try to watch as much fan made content as possible but we're only a small team and can't see everything!
