Vallter: WE are working on this matter.

It will allow us to plan progression. For example if I was 150k towards an IS-4 from an IS-3 and you decided to drop the patch in I'd be rather peeved.
It'll just allow us to work to a deadline.
My2cents

Vallter: We announce the patch month/weeks before it's implementation.

So where is the 8.8cm buffs we saw in the 0.6.4 test which was removed from the official patch? Overlord said that you guys had no time to test the changes but yet we still get an ROF nerf for an accuracy increase(8.8 L56) that should have been there from the beginning?
Seriously, can you not give the 8.8 L56 more penetration since it needs that more than damage? I cannot believe it is my best gun on the VK3002DB while all my peers get guns with higher penetration all the while being put into matches with Tier 9 heavies. The 8.8 L71 is the only one that needs a damage increase because as of right now, the Tiger is still the weakest Tier 7 heavy.
But what I really want to know is why has the improvements to the 8.8 L56 and L71 (the damage increase) was left out in this patch? Are we ever going to see a much deserved inprovement to this guns at all?

Vallter: We will reconsider some characteristics of current tanks in 0.6.6 update, where German Tech Tree changes will be implemented.

The flagship nVidia GeForce GTX 590 video card ($700) at the moment gets 4-8 fps in zoom mode in WoT 6.4. This makes the game unplayable.
And if you've read the threads, this is NOT affected in any way by any of the game's graphics settings, and it happens (to a greater or lesser degree) on every display driver version on both nVidia and ATI, including the very latest beta drivers.

Vallter: Every patch contains a lot of technical fixes, that are not stated in the patch notes, if they do not mean major engine fix. So yes, your performance should be improved.
Considering your case, I will ask you to write to our Customer Support as well. More technical information about the issue we have, better and quicker we fix the situation.

1)If I got the Elite T23 and Pershing, in 6.5 I will get the elite Pershing and patton, am I right ?
2)And I would also like to know will their high possibility that the US heavies will change in 6.7? because M103 have been dealyed from 6.6 and now poor US heavies will facing more dreadful German and Ussr havies
Thanks,

Vallter: 1) In the case Pershing you are right, but for Patton you'll probably have to research the new gun.
2) Yes, the possibility is high. But still we will post the details later.

It's simply a historical location, like Prokhorovka - you'd be calling the map what it is.
...Say, is this also the reason why Pagorki's name was changed to Mines, or was Mines simply a more fitting name for the map?

Vallter: I agree with you, but this name is the decision of our game designers.
Pagorki was changed to European style and required not Russian name after that.

Such a shot will not only immobilize the tank, but also deal hull damage. I believe they're going to change the hitbox so that this can't happen (among other things).

Vallter: It will come in updates implemented after 0.6.6

Vallter: It will change after multi-turret system implementation and become a true Medium tank.

Vallter: Every patch contains lots of optimisation. We just not add them to the patch notes, if they don't suppose major engine changes.

It's simply a historical location, like Prokhorovka - you'd be calling the map what it is.
...Say, is this also the reason why Pagorki's name was changed to Mines, or was Mines simply a more fitting name for the map?

Vallter:
I agree with you, but this name is the decision of our game designers.

Pagorki was changed to European style and required not Russian name after that.

Could a Dev please briefly explain what was wrong with the M6A2E1, and how it has now been fixed?

-keep up the good work guys! You are a company well worth the $$$ spent in support of your fabulous product.

Two new maps to boot. Things are looking up for WoT players. However, I am VERY saddened to see that the lag issue is still alive and wrecking player's games. In my last battle, the ping shot over 900, FPS down to zero. Ladies and Gentlemen, this has to stop. With the opening of the US server, comes US players AND US dollars. In short, We Americans are spending money for a game that sometimes becomes so unplayable, I just window out and stop the game. Now I know ALL the usual responses- yes my super fast DSL is working fine. I am running all the current drivers on a system that exceeds the game requirements. I have even dropped the res down, and am playing in ( ancient ) 16 bit color as well as the game processes at the lowest setting . I do this so I can HOPEFULLY avoid these crazy lag spikes ( to no avail). The problem as I see it is either : 1) The US server cannot handle the data it receives , or 2) The game server itself is too small. There is NO other reason these things keep happening to a GREAT GAME I have come to enjoy very much. PLEASE , let's put an end to this nonsense once and for all.

Vallter: Have you contacted our Customer Support? We are working with all lags problems our players have. Also, as far as I know, there are no issues with Charlotte Data Center at the moment.

And what are the upcoming changes to the KV/KV-3 that have been mentioned (not for this patch)?

Vallter: KV-220 is a limited Premium Tank.
The KV/KV-3 changes will be probably included in 0.6.6

The Pershing costs 2,980,000 credits and 174,690 xp. I really hope we get the pershing for the same price as the T23. I'm just going to miss getting the T23 by 15k xp.
