Maintenance Works Due to 6.5 Update

In short, We Americans are spending money for a game that sometimes becomes so unplayable, I just window out and stop the game. Now I know ALL the usual responses- yes my super fast DSL is working fine. I am running all the current drivers on a system that exceeds the game requirements. I have even dropped the res down, and am playing in ( ancient ) 16 bit color as well as the game processes at the lowest setting . I do this so I can HOPEFULLY avoid these crazy lag spikes ( to no avail). The problem as I see it is either : 1) The US server cannot handle the data it receives , or 2) The game server itself is too small. There is NO other reason these things keep happening to a GREAT GAME I have come to enjoy very much. PLEASE , let's put an end to this nonsense once and for all.
