Exp is calculated on the level difference between you and your enemy you damage.
So a bad game at a higher level = not much..

Tanitha: Sounds to me like their anti fraud system. Depending on the
transaction type etc, they limit the buying to customers who are
new to them, until one transaction goes through successfully, and
remains undisputed. X days after a successful undisputed
transaction, they open the card up again to being able to purchase
more transactions, and flag you as a previous customer, etc..
Only playspan will know exactly what this issue is, but the above should be pretty close, and sounds like the problem.
I transferred this issue to head of support yesterday for him to look up for you. Im transferring it to him again now, to see if there is any official information for you, and any solutions to get you fixed.

ARGO: For my next installment of tanks I recommend the KV-13 meduim tank
because it has a lot of really nice qualities about it and among
those are:
1. Speed...This is not your father's KV tank, this puppy can move and turn.
2. Rate of fire...Every gun choice for this tank has no less than 6 rounds a minute or up.
3. Turret speed...Very nice for a KV tank.
4. Repair costs...Not all that bad when compared to T-44 or T-54.
For the down side
1. The biggest gun your going to get will be the 122 derp, Big big punch....very meager pen.
2. 85mm is fantastic sniper cannon but not all that much damage against higher tiers....adequate at best.
The KV-13 is very reminiscent in driving to the T-44 "without the repair costs" and in some cases, even better because of it's tier size you won't really end up in half the battles that the T-44 pulls you into. If your a sherman fan your going to like having a tank that does pretty much all a sherman can do with enough fire power to make it worth while. This tank in the right hands can be a very effective arty hunter. In short I consider the KV-13 as one of the if not the most well rounded mediums on the Russian tree.

is the exception. Had I known you'd actually make the deadline, I
would have built up a little more XP on my Sleazy Hate, but sadly I
had a comcastic experience a couple days ago and wasn't able to put
much time into it.
