Error Message: We're Sorry, your payment has been declined. If you feel this is in error, contact us.
A payment went through earlier today. This is more than a little irritating.
F***ing playspan.
Edit: Also got a very unhelpful response on my ticket. Ugh.
Tanitha: Sounds to me like their anti fraud system. Depending on the
transaction type etc, they limit the buying to customers who are
new to them, until one transaction goes through successfully, and
remains undisputed. X days after a successful undisputed
transaction, they open the card up again to being able to purchase
more transactions, and flag you as a previous customer, etc..
Only playspan will know exactly what this issue is, but the above should be pretty close, and sounds like the problem.
I transferred this issue to head of support yesterday for him to look up for you. Im transferring it to him again now, to see if there is any official information for you, and any solutions to get you fixed.
