veganzombiez:   Well, this is certainly odd. We'd totally love it if you send this replay in to Support!  We'll be able to ask for some more information so we can send a bug report to our devs!

veganzombiez:   This is a known UI bug.  You can still mount equipment and modules, but you will still see an "insufficient load capacity" error.   If you've actually tried to mount something else, and you're getting an error message saying that you can't, take a screenshot of the error message (it usually shows up in the bottom right corner) and submit it to Support.  We'll take a look into what's going on.

Hypnotik: Here are your groups for Round 2. We again had a tie for the last few spots in, and each of these 41 teams has earned the 1,000. However we are able to get more than 10 teams in a group in tournaments now, so there will still only be 4 groups (one of them having 11 teams). Since 40 teams move on to round 2, that means that 21 teams will be eliminated tonight (and the other 40 will earn 1,000). HBFT:   I'm sorry if you have already submitted support tickets (so please disregard what I am saying if you already have), but starting a payment inquiry will allow us to investigate your individual situations in greater detail.   If you haven't already, you can submit a support ticket here: https://na.wargaming...ickets/ViewList   As a sidenote, I would imagine that some of the frustration with difficulties in making payments in the Premium Shop might stem from the fear that one may miss out on a special deal that is only available during a specific interval of time.   When we look into your support ticket, we can usually see that you have legitimately tried to make your purchases during the eligible interval of purchase and then work with you to still acquire the same deal within a reasonable timeframe.  This at least helps to alleviate some of the stress involved and allows all of us to work together to resolve your payment concerns.

HBFT:   I want to apologize if requests for the same information comes off as if we are uncaring or shifting the focus of your situation back onto you.   Please know that it isn't our intention to do so and often times, in order to put in internal requests for investigation that will hopefully result in improvements, we are required to supply information that may seem redundant or obvious (such as your connection information, etc.).     In the end, the goal is to improve the situation and assistance from everyone is needed in order for us to do something about the situation. So, seriously.  Thank you for hanging in there with us and for helping us to hopefully improve the experience for everyone.

HBFT:   I'm glad to hear that things are working for you now.  There have been a couple of times where I have had to adjust permissions on my launcher application.   In that case I would go to my C:\Games\World_Of_Tanks\WOTLauncher.exe Right-click and select properties. Choose the Security tab Click on "Advanced" And check the Include inheritable permissions from this object's parent.   Since you stated that you ran the application as administrator, I figure that maybe these steps might help you in the future should you run into something similar again.   Cheers mate!

HBFT:   Do you think you could try to disable your browser extensions such as the one associated with your "McAfee" icon in the lower portion of your posted browser results?   I'm not sure what browser you are using, but here is a link to the google support site on how to do so: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/187443?hl=en   The part that you would want to follow would be the "Temporarily disable extensions" section of the article.   Any feedback that you could provide would really be helpful! Thank you. :)

(https://na.wargaming.net/shop/)   Also, make sure you tried clearing your cache on your main web browser, have your web browser up to date, and have the latest version of both Flash and Java installed on your computer.   If you still have issues, feel free to create a support ticket and we'll try to see what's going on.   -Camp

Clans that did not have the opportunity to take a province after a Challengers Battle (2+ clans attacking the same province) due to this error, please still contact support and they can take care of you guys. Pigeon_of_War: Pretty much as was said on here, if you are running mods, you have to uninstall them.    Worst case scenario, send us a ticket with a Python log and DxDiag so we can help you out. 

Pigeon_of_War: Hey Brodder, sorry to hear this from you.  They links you get you up and going, but should push come to shove you may need to do a full re-install. If you don't already, get a ticket with our Techincal Support team going so we can see this through to the end.    Hope it works out for you! 

Pigeon_of_War: Hey Tankers!    As was mentioned, if you got mods in your machine after the mini-patch, they gotta go. A lot of the code in the mini patch is not lining up with many mods, so uninstall them and do a clean install if push comes to shove and you should be good. 

Pigeon_of_War: Hey tankers!    I just tested the Premium Shop in Chorme, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. I can confirm it's active and working.  Try clearing both your cache and History and it should work. 

Pigeon_of_War: What's up, Tankers!    So axisofevil, is on the money here. When it comes to spotting an enemy, you have to be the first one to spot them to get the credit for this. All other spots after this point don't count towards a Spot score. Now, if you re-spot an invisible enemy and they take damage for it, you will get spot damage.

I used to do that with Dance210 all the time, she would get the team organized registered and setup and I would run the team for the matches.
