Launcher Invisible - Game will not start/update

There have been a couple of times where I have had to adjust
permissions on my launcher application. In that case I would
go to my C:\Games\World_Of_Tanks\WOTLauncher.exe Right-click and
select properties. Choose the Security tab Click on "Advanced" And
check the Include inheritable permissions from this object's
parent. Since you stated that you ran the application as
administrator, I figure that maybe these steps might help you in
the future should you run into something similar again.
