told the guys (paraphrazing here) their ping reports WERE NOT LONG
ENOUGH AND TO RUN ONE FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS TO PROOVE IT WASN'T
THEIR CONNECTION. My advice WG? you give all of US a ping plotter
proving its not YOUR DEAL WITH U KNOW WHO.HBFT: I want to apologize if requests for the same
information comes off as if we are uncaring or shifting the
focus of your situation back onto you. Please know that it
isn't our intention to do so and often times, in order to put in
internal requests for investigation that will hopefully result
in improvements, we are required to supply information that
may seem redundant or obvious (such as your connection information,
etc.). In the end, the goal is to improve the
situation and assistance from everyone is needed in order for
us to do something about the situation. So, seriously.
Thank you for hanging in there with us and for helping us to
hopefully improve the experience for everyone.
