FPS drop from mini update

Pigeon_of_War: Hey Swearzy and other tankers!    Looking through this it sound like you guys might be having connection issues. Welp, I want to help you out and the best way to  do that is would you send us a ticket with a PingPlotter report? This will help me find out if it's a connection or a server issue.
