sidenote, I would imagine that some of the frustration with
difficulties in making payments in the Premium Shop might stem from
the fear that one may miss out on a special deal that is only
available during a specific interval of time. When we look
into your support ticket, we can usually see that you have
legitimately tried to make your purchases during the eligible
interval of purchase and then work with you to still acquire the
same deal within a reasonable timeframe. This at least helps
to alleviate some of the stress involved and allows all of us to
work together to resolve your payment concerns.
