GhostPrime: Just to add to what Pigeon said, Its a good idea to send in a ticket with some information support will ask you for anyway. Having this information would make the ticket process faster.    The files in question are your WOTLauncher.cfg, python.log and WOTLauncher.log files (sometimes just text files called 'python' and 'WOTLauncher" ) from the root folder in which World of Tanks is installed on your computer (the default location is C:\Games\World_Of_Tanks). ---------- In addition, please compile and send us a DxDiag report file so they could get a clear picture of your computer's characteristics. Please follow the associated steps below:
- On your Windows task bar, click Start (Windows icon usually in the lower left corner of the screen).
- Select and press "Run" (if you do not see "Run", hold down the "Windows" button on your keyboard and press "R". A "Run" window should pop up.
- In the "Run" window, type "dxdiag" and click "OK". A "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" window should pop up. Wait for it to finish gathering your info before saving.
- In the appeared window choose "Save all information".
- After you've saved the file, Please attach all this to your first ticket.

Pigeon_of_War: Hey, for those of you having issues with the downloading the client, I made a simple guide for you:   Solving Issues That Cause Re-installation or Removal of the Game Client! Have you encountered a technical issue that has forced you to re-install or remove the game client? We would like to introduce the guidelines intended to solve the most frequent issues: Incorrect Operation of Modifications If any functionality issues of the game client that prevent you from playing arise after installing modifications, such modifications should be removed .  Examples of issues: ·         The game client gets hung up when performing actions with the crew. ·         You cannot enter a battle or the map does not completely load. ·         The game client gets hung up when entering the Garage. Issues Related to Anti-Virus  To avoid various issues when installing and using the game client, we recommend adding the folder of World of Tanks to the trusted applications of your anti-virus.  Examples of Issues : ·         Extremely long loading of the game client or maps. ·         The anti-virus accidentally quarantined the game launcher. ·         Freezes in the game. Connection to Game Servers In case of any issues related to server connection, you may try some self-troubleshooting.  Examples of Issues : ·         Connection to the server cannot be established.  ·         The server is not responding. ·         Continuously displayed message: "Synchronizing equipment and consumables". In these scenarios, perhaps, the server is unavailable or a check your network connection settings is required    If you are unable to solve the issue themselves, send a Ticket to Wargaming NA Tech Support.

Pigeon_of_War:   On that note, please don't send five different tickets in for relatively the same issue. If five different tech agents are helping you for the same issue, it keeps them from helping other people. I should also say I was working with our Tech team and I posted a small guide to help everyone with client issues earlier, please look that over before sending a ticket.

Pigeon_of_War: HeyTankers!   Just letting everyone know that as of 0800 PDT we were alerted the article for Soviet Steel says x3 Crew Multiplier. This is incorrect, it's actually x2 Crew Multiplier. We will have this corrected, and we apologize for the confusion.   That settled? Cool. Tank on and I'll see you on the battlefield!

But say, if the player replies to there own ticket the timer will reset.    Its a technical issue that support doesn't have any control over.    There are a higher than normal amount of tickets currently, they are working as fast as they can, I promise you. Hang tight.

Also, uninstall any mods before sending in a ticket.   I do suggest sending in a ticket to support about this issue.
