How do you have to sleep with?

GhostPrime: The ticket will stay there with a time stamp on it. When A reply is given, say the first reply it gets put in a different queue so they know its being worked on. But say, if the player replies to there own ticket the timer will reset.    Its a technical issue that support doesn't have any control over.    There are a higher than normal amount of tickets currently, they are working as fast as they can, I promise you. Hang tight.
