client, I made a simple guide for you: Solving Issues
That Cause Re-installation or Removal of the Game Client! Have you
encountered a technical issue that has forced you to re-install or
remove the game client? We would like to introduce the
guidelines intended to solve the most frequent issues: Incorrect
Operation of Modifications If any functionality issues of the game
client that prevent you from playing arise after installing
modifications, such modifications should be removed . Examples of issues:
· The game
client gets hung up when performing actions with the crew.
· You cannot
enter a battle or the map does not completely load.
· The game
client gets hung up when entering the Garage. Issues Related to
Anti-Virus To avoid various issues when installing and using
the game client, we recommend adding the folder of World of Tanks
to the trusted applications of your anti-virus. Examples of
Issues :
· Extremely
long loading of the game client or maps.
· The
anti-virus accidentally quarantined the game launcher.
· Freezes in
the game. Connection to Game Servers In case of any issues related
to server connection, you may try some self-troubleshooting.
Examples of Issues :
· Connection
to the server cannot be established.
· The server
is not responding.
· Continuously
displayed message: "Synchronizing equipment and consumables". In
these scenarios, perhaps, the server is unavailable or a check your
network connection settings is required If you are
unable to solve the issue themselves, send a Ticket to Wargaming NA
