Quemapueblos: On Friday, Sept. 22, at 19:00 ET, Nicholas "The Chieftain" Moran is
speaking at the New York Military Affairs Symposium (NYMAS), with the hour-long
talk “Myths of American Armor.” The talk will examine how the US
military chose vehicles in World War II. Admission is
free. But we need your help! NYMAS meets ordinarily at the Soldiers',
Sailors', Marines', Coast Guard, and Airmens' Club (283 Lexington
Ave.). Capacity is limited, however, so to ensure we can
accommodate everyone, we require all interested attendees
to visit the Facebook event page and RSVP so NYMAS
can finalize the location by Sept. 7. (In the worst case, an
alternate is Grace Church School at 46 Cooper Square.) If
you've read this far, and you can’t make it to Manhattan, catch the
Chieftain at Armorcon in Danbury, CT, on Sept. 23. More details
about that event will come soon to the Chieftain's Facebook page. Lastly, here is The

Saffr0n: A "no response from host" or "destination host unreachable" at
intermediary hops likely isn't the cause of your lag spikes.
You should only be worried if you get an unresponsive ping followed
up by nothing else in route to the final hop. This would mean that
your connection isn't going through. A "no response from host' or
PL on intermediary hops can be caused by the node prioritizing
specific packets or purposely dropping them as part of security
protocols, either CoPP or DDoS protection. If you're
experiencing lag spikes and unsure where it's coming from, you can
post your WinMTR or PingPlotter results in this thread.

Saffr0n: I will address the latency at the Level 3 hop, but you'll
need to contact your ISP to address your connection. If you look at
the entire trace, your fluctuations start at hop 1. There shouldn't
be a fluctuation of >1 to 222ms at Hop 1 or 8 to 866ms at Hop 2,
etc. That issue is what's causing fluctuation down the
route. Pathway to the server is likely to have changed
because your route to the Central periphery is different than the
route to the East/West periphery.

has zero mods installed, legal or illegal. This also includes not
having any garage mods, XVM statistics, mods that change the
pictures, skins, etc.

I'm just here to make sure that the community knows we genuinely care about our players and we want to do everything we can to make sure that all of this goes as smoothly as humanly possible.

It's exactly that, I have limited access to all this information. Hence why I keep saying "Potential server transfer." Folks like taking screenshots and I don't want to make any promises I can't keep!

As far as any potential transfers are concerned, I'm guessing

the situation are important to different people. We're going to do
our best to make everyone happy, but of course that's not always
possible, so I can imagine we need to focus on making as many

were told this, things could have changed quite substantially since

thousands of times. When you have to tell someone "no" literally
hundreds of times in a year, you're probably going to save it
somewhere so you don't have to type it all the time

I would recommend contacting the EU Support Team, not so much for account deletion but just to inquire for more details regarding whether or not an existing Wargaming.net ID with the same email address on the EU server would create a conflict with any potential Server Transfer offers as a result of the merge.
