World of Tanks PC Americas Server Merge FAQ

View PostFighterAce, on Aug 18 2017 - 22:32, said: What if we already have an account on the server we're transferring to? Should I contact WG EU to have it deleted because apparently that could take up to 45 days?

DomoSapien:
That's a very good question. I would recommend contacting the EU Support Team, not so much for account deletion but just to inquire for more details regarding whether or not an existing Wargaming.net ID with the same email address on the EU server would create a conflict with any potential Server Transfer offers as a result of the merge.

DomoSapien:
Sorry, not entirely sure I follow the question.

DomoSapien:   Definitely make sure you run a Pingplotter and fill out the survey. To my knowledge, one of the goals of moving to a Centralized server was picking a location that is a major network hub because many ISP's have existing infrastructure in place to ensure efficient routing to these types of locations. Ideally this should mitigate packet loss, not increase it.

DomoSapien:
Glad to hear it! Stable ping? What's your ms looking like on average?
