Overlord: No, you will need to use another email since this very email is blocked (or you can request the account deletion). Unified login means you can use the same account to access various WG games within one given region, eg EU.

Overlord: 1. The armour of Tetrarch even with the mantlet does not exceed 26mm. There might have been a bug related to mantlet penetration, when the shell hits gun afterwards. It is possible that gun dodged the shell and it didn't go further.
2. Overmatch - penetration, which states: when the shell's caliber is more than 3 times greater than the thickness of the armor, shell normalization is increased by that value (3 or greater).
3. The spots on the very left and right hull near in the middle part of the vehicle.

Overlord: 1. Probably we will. Those are rather thin and wont give much of a protection to the vehicle.
2. They were never "promised" (the slight increase was considered, but denied). Speed limits of most of the heavies as well as their passing abilities were seriously tailored to fit the game.

There is no max range, ignore the description.

Overlord: First off, the in-game calculation is most likely not exactly the same as you put it in your fifures (at least AMX's camo value is different).
To make it really comprehensive we also need test with binos alone, since your test features 1) effectiveness of optics (assuming you have it installed which we can't check) 2) effectiveness of the optics + binos (assuming you have optics installed which we can't check). If we have test for binos without optics and get one more value, it will be possible to make a judgement on the issue.

OldFox: Рад, что вы спорите! Потому что в отличие от других веток других форумов, у нас пока еще возможно в споре найти истину, а не кучи высеров.
Еще раз повторяю: вы можете не верить китайсю Су, но 2 года игры на ПТ - это сильно.
Думаю, каждый рано или поздно придет к тем советам, которые дают "папко". Другое дело, что к советам даже реальных отцов в реальной жизни мы не всегда прислушиваемся. А это не есть гуд.

All these reasons make the removal all the more perplexing. Hence why I'm trying to get some clarification on your thinking.
I can sing chapter and verse about these Very important tanks in the German army.
Discussing it with my friend (who also has both)Might it be that both are a bit on the powerful side? Us players, we're mostly grown up so we can accept being told something is being pulled for that reason. If the Overpower thing is an issue, maybe altering the tanks to make them less overpowered?
OR is it an unwritten law that Premium tanks will never be altered?
This raises the question about other premium tanks listed in the Tech tree's that will be available in their parent list. Such as the US Captured Type 97 Chi-Ha, The Churchill, the Matilda and the Valentine.

The reasons and the approach may seem weird. Both were slightly overperfoming that's true, especially Hotchkiss. It could spoil the fun in low tier battles, especially if used against newcomers (we have many of them at low tiers). Also true that neither of the two was even equally popular to T59 to spam the battles. And our "adjusting" possibilities are quite limited when it comes to premium, any move will be considered controversial at least.
With the introduction of initial French tree we dont need these two anymore, so even if the harm they do or can do is quite slow, we can easily get rid of them and no one loses anything in this case.
Other captured / lend lease premiums can be subject to the same destiny. Especially after the arrival of British tanks.

Overlord: 1. Enemies within your view range get camo debuff in this case. Thats the point in mounting both.
2. Regarding multi-core. You can search for some old replies. It wont be enabled in its full sense due to technical reasons.

ПС. Мы знаем, что сейчас ИС-3 является овер-пауер. В следующем патче это будет пофиксено. Все танки в угоду бОлансу должны быть УГ. Желаем Вам приятной игры.
ПСС. Вы не представляете, как трудно держать баланс в этой игре. Мы каждый день работаем над тем, чтобы был баланс. Там серьезные люди работают.

OldFox: То, что наша команда из РУ-ветки нагнула многих топ-кланов, не является удивительным. Я ездил с ними и говорил: вы готовы для соревнований. Остап не даст соврать. Вся фишка в том, что они не верили в себя. Молодцы, что сказать.

OldFox: Вероятность данного стечения обстоятельств мала, но тем не менее: когда ты выходишь из такого хорошего боя, то на открытой вкладке системных сообщений (в правом нижнем углу) видно, сколько и чего ты заработал. Медаль Бл....ёльтера там тоже видна. Значит, ты открываешь эту строку системных сообщений и статистику, и мы видим: 10 медалей Б.....ёльтера - это уже с той, которая заработана в данном бою. Мы считаем её за 1 раз.

OldFox: Обязательно располагает, если проверить логи боя. А теперь подумай, сколько логов придется проверить сотрудникам ВГ для того, чтобы отследить, не мошенничал ли кто в конкурсе ценою в 3000 голды? Это совершенно не окупает затраты трудочасов. Это возможно технически, но это невозможно реально.

OldFox: Мне кааццо так: есть ОлдФокс, который отыграл на арте за 2 года почти 30 К боев. Вопросы по арте - к нему. Есть "китаеся" Су, который отыграл за это же время (прошу учесть, он бета-тестер РУ-сервера!) столько же на ПТ. Все вопросы по ПТ - к нему. А кто у нас возьмет на себя ответственность быть Гуру ТТ, СТ и ЛТ?
Кстати, если у кого-то есть вопросы по клан-варам или кибер-спорту, ну, типа тактика, стратегия, набор в клан и прочее, могу попробовать притащить в наш топик Мункисса, лидера РЕДов. Мы давно знакомы, думаю, он найдет время ответить на вопросы между зарабатыванием бабла в разных кубках.
