Q: Are there 2 differnt rules one for penetration and one for caliber?
or is it in all cases just the one rule:
3 times greater caliber as armour -> increases normalisation

but I'm confused about all those (different in my means) answers lately
Overlord: There is only one rule. And it is given in my last reply on the
issue (or even in my last 2 replies).
