Короткое описание:
Игрок Икс бросает Вызов игре.
Игрок Икс и сотоварищи ставят личный рекорд, вне всяких конкурсов, и не достигая условия ими же брошенного Вызова игре.
Игрок Икс и сотоварищи получают голду от ВГ.
Игроки Ипсилон и компания не бросают Вызовов игре, а просто достигают лучших результатов.
Никакой голды не получают. Заминки типа "Модераторам давать низзя" исключаются из внимания, поскольку не все участники компании Ипсилон были модераторами.
Официальная позиция награждающих: мы не можем награждать каждого, голды на всех не хватит.
В результате: команда Икс награждена вне всяких планов и конкурсов, это хорошо и правильно. На команду Ипсилон голды не хватило.

8 prems.

Overlord: I think such move wouldnt be fair, those who elited T34 are getting
elited M103, so they have an advantage in any case. And logically
its right that all tank owners will keep it.

Overlord: Not as simple as that, the feature is related to battle tier only
indirectly.
Eg if playing your tanks, any of them, switching from one to another, you ended up in battles where you were among bottom X vehicles of the team Y times in a row, the matchmaker would stop by putting you at the top of the list.

Overlord: They may also come in Q3, so I wouldnt state definitely in Q2. All

If I remember correctly the Abrahams has top speed of 90 km/h+ but has an inbuilt speed governor that reduces its top speed to 67 km/h (reason: reduce wear and tear).

Overlord: None of the above. HE will inflict less damage regardless of
whether there was penetration or not.

(The problem with HE is that it is never a good option against higher tier tanks when using an AP gun. It just bounces or does 0 damage. As a consequence there is little point in carrying it.)

Overlord: I wouldnt judge based on one battle. Tier spgs on average approx
break even for standard account while top spgs are seriously in the
red.

Overlord: Currently IS4 is balanced for its tier, it will be adjusted to fit
tier 10.

evidence that smth is not functioning properly on our side, the

what exactly to fix. For that we need to gather certain amount of

Overlord: EU server capacity is about 100k as far as I know, though with the
increased load performance issues are becoming more probable. Let
support know about your issues.

Overlord: While Serb may be and he actually is rather harsh in his comments
and actions, he is quite a reasonable guy most of the time
, as for Storm, he is a neutral one
