I understand and fully appreciate how frustrating bots and afk players can be when you are relying on them for victory. I can assure you that we are working to resolve these frustrating occurrences which can also forgive the rare times when an otherwise great teammate has a problem.

lord_farquad: Hey Nebo, Grunt has provided the links, unfortunately the
registration deadline ended earlier this week. That said, This is
an ongoing event. So once this ends, registration will reopen for
the Open Section of the event. You can also expect more pro-format
events shortly.

tournament. I understand you position entirely, but as of the

changed back to "---". Also, if you truly cared whether some teams
would be confused, this would have been flagged in those two weeks
that the team was pending approval, right? That is what "pending

Anyways, I hope you understand my position, and if you ask me, there are some very confusing teams right now that have some "-" in the names. I hope no one thinks that they will get a bye because of that.

lord_farquad: This seems to be an admission of intentionally trying to deceive
other teams in order to gain an unfair advantage. Under section 12
of the General Tournament Rules to which you agreed
when registering, "attempting to undermine the legitimate operation
of the Tournament by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing
practices" may immediately disqualify you and may result in legal
action.
At this point, I see anything short of disqualification to be rather lenient on our part. Any further dispute of the decision, will result in disqualification and potentially further legal action.

I'm new here, how do start to play in this match??
Thanks
dance210: Hi jadg_washtub, welcome!!
To play in tank company battles, you will need to join a tank company (TC), or start your own (if you have a premium account). Basically, to join a TC that is accepting players, you will need to open up the TC chat box and search for a company. Click on the company you are interested in, and click Join Team. After readying your tank, the team leader will move you from the Reserve to the Active list and you are ready to battle. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!
Saying that, this week Rampage is running Absolute's, which are Tier 10, 90-150 Tier points. As a new player, I am guessing you are no where near the Tier 10 level, and would strongly recommend against trying to join a team. However, good news! On March 8, he will be running a Junior TC, so hopefully you will think about joining a team then

dwaindwarf, on Mar 01 2013 - 12:41, said: No.
You don't get banned for a single mistake. If you got banned for being rammed then you obviously have been TKing or damaging people on a regular basis.
If you've been TKing then you deserve whatever happens to you. Play by the rules and there is no problem.
Centurion47, on Mar 01 2013 - 13:15, said: You can petition against your ban. Send in a support ticket with
the replay saying that you'd like to have your ban reconsidered. If
you're not guilty, they should un-ban you. Support is usually very
quick about getting back to you.
KillerAyvaz, on Mar 01 2013 - 13:34, said: I heard from a WG representative that no one gets banned without a

Quote 5. Rules Enforcement
The "Automated Anti-TK Reporting System" is the system that actively scans the game logs searching for players who massively cause damage to vehicles of their own team (team damage), or intentionally destroy vehicles of their teammates (team kill).
5.01. Based on combat logs for a particular period of time, usually several days, the automated system finds players involved in friendly fire and team kill incidents. The calculations are quite complicated and the main factor that is taken into account is damage inflicted to allies to total damage ratio.
5.02. If the above ratio for a particular user exceeds a certain fixed threshold value, the system identifies the user as a violator, since his main target is doing damage to allied vehicles.
5.03. If the damage ratio for such user exceeds the verifying coefficient, introduced in order to make distinction between intentional and accidental team killers, such user is identified as an offender and goes onto the suspension list.
5.04. While calculating damage to allies / total damage ratio only the battles with team kill/damage incidents are taken into account.
5.05. In connection with the introduction of Automated Anti-TK Reporting System), listed below are set uniform measures that can be taken against offenders:
*. First detection of a user as a team killer and team-damager leads to 1-day game account suspension.
*. Second detection of a user as a team killer and team-damager (recidivism) leads to 3-day game account suspension.
*. Multiple detections of a user as a team killer and team-damager (systemic recidivism) will resort in 7 or 30 day account suspensions- - leading to a PERMANENT game account suspension.
6. Reporting in-game violations
Due to the introduction of an automated system of violations tracking (teamdamage, teamkill), the administration draws your attention to the following information - with the introduction of this system, users’ complaints about the above mentioned violations will not be considered.
From now on all punishments for teamdamage and teamkill will be executed automatically without support service workers' interference. The system has been customized, tested multiple times and currently works stably. We also draw your attention to the fact that a multitude of all possible circumstances accompanying different violations (including extenuating and aggravating ones) has been taken into consideration.
All requests relating to ban cancellation or minimizing the punishment period, laid by the system, will be ignored.

Jewel_Thief: The rule is do not do team damage. Period. There are no allowances
for whether you are "defending yourself" or not...

Jewel_Thief: Hah. I see what you did there! ;)

If you've been TKing then you deserve whatever happens to you. Play by the rules and there is no problem.
Jewel_Thief: This is correct. Damage is tracked in a system of ratios of damage
done to your own team, versus the enemy team, over a period of
time. You will never receive a punishment for a *single* team
damage shot.

Jewel_Thief: Nope. This is absolutely not true. (Well, the part about Support
getting back to you quickly is true...) PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN A
TICKET TO SUPPORT ABOUT TEAM DAMAGE CASES. You will receive an
automated response back, telling you that they don't lift
punishments from the automated system, nor do they manually look at
reports of team damage done... This is clearly stated in our
Game Rules. (Which I will quote
below.)

Jewel_Thief: Again, nope. Please do not send in tickets, or use the in-game
reporting system for team damage cases... They will not be
considered.
This all being said, there is a difference between basic team damage, and actually "pushing" someone into the line of fire, off a cliff, into the water, or out of the cap circle... This is considered "Abuse of Physics" and is manually processed through Support. Please label your ticket (in the subject line) "Abuse of Physics" and include a replay. (Support cannot process these cases without a replay video.) Our fabulous Support team will take it from there.
Here is the pertinent section in our Game Rules regarding the automated team damage system:

Mugsy_: That's a fair question.
The development teams themselves (those who are writing and testing code) are overseas at HQ, but in our office we are able to do basically everything else. We visit and have the dev teams visit us regularly as well as having daily conference or video calls. We have our own production team which is responsible for creating the blueprints, so to speak, on things like new game modes, features, changes, anything you can think of. We have our own art department, content teams, PR, video content team, events planning, moderation, customer support, and community management teams.
I think the community is feeling neglected lately due to staffing issues, but reinforcements are coming very very soon. While we continue to scour the forum for input and suggestions, we haven't had the time to properly discuss and answer many of the discussions happening. Additionally, I know the turn around time on the implementation of many suggestions or requests can take too long to be emotionally rewarding but this year you will see many of the most popular suggestions introduced. It will be a great year.

works with WG. Thank you for your reply and
explanation. And I apologize if my post was articulated
in a way that made me sound angry or unappreciative. I
actually love this game and would not take the time to post if I
did not. It is just hard for the community to fully
understand some of the decisions made by WG when implimented as we
sometimes get very little or no explanation for WGs reasoning for a
changes.
I may have listed some negative feelings about the game at the moment, but I do have many more positive ones for the record.
Again, thank you for your reply.............

Mugsy_: No, I was seriously glad you were able to express your frustration
and needs in a coherent way. I really appreciate it.
