The only tanks they can purchase *with their own gold* in this
manner are the Type 59, Type 62, KV-5 and Hotchkiss. Allowing
employees to purchase them hardly floods the server with them,
which is exactly what the development team does not want to do.
If you want a Type 59, win the Art of War contest. More vehicles will be entering the game through that contest than employee purchases.

Yoott: hmm did you send a ticket in? If its hitting multiple people it
could be a video card issue wit ha certain type of card... it could
be just a bad file that a few have gotten from update.... not sure
but unless you put a ticket in if it is a more global issue it wont
get fixed.
also note to all they are off until Monday... if you had the issue since wed you missed your window to put a ticket in until then. You still should as tech support does not read these... they read support tickets

Yoott: ok and tech support does not read these forums.... send in a ticket
to them... also Mods are off until Monday for the most part so tech
support would be fastest way for a reply anyways.
Other steps to try
1. remove any mods you have from game and try to run it vanilla and see if it works
2. reinstall a fresh copy of game and try it again
3. check to see your firewall/antivirus does not have WOT listed as to be blocked
these are the steps support will prob tell you try first anyways... so try those then send support tix in...
