Draschel:  What you looking at? *'Going through, but where'* of these *'balanced'* tanks, the turret? He said hulldown. Did you mean hulldown, as well? Because kran, 260, 279E, Chieftain are still a massive turreted blob of RED  VS  350  HEAT from VK. The cupolas are not easy shots, and the rest of the turrets have surface area like 90% coverage, RED. And 350 HEAT from VK not really classified as *'most'* T X guns. HE had many uses. Many people used it for additional DPM. Many people used it for cap reset. Many people used it for low HP kill-steals. Many people used it for chip-dmg against tougher-well-positioned tanks. Some used it for breaking modules, while also getting some damage in the process. And even some people used it in general purpose spam. I am not sure exactly which were the most common camp and usage, who on earth would have stats for that? But I do know the most broken, out of game character usage, and that is using HE as a crutch without aiming and just derping. It had to go, it was nerfed many times even prior to 1.12.1 HE rounds generally are cheaper. But they aren't the cheap you are saying. If a higher tier AP was 1,200, the HE would be 900? A  4,800  prem round aimed in would generally do more than 5 HE unaimed. But aiming takes time and effort, not aiming does not. *'Self respect to use gold'*   wow.  Describes alot.  Your naivety is irrational. Where'd I hear that? Do you have stats on HE usage and possible complaints over typical/untypical forms of its use?

Jaguarz:  Theres plenty of doubt, this is a niche that has a lot of high rated competition, the LIS is a great tank which is a jack of all trades and master of none, in terms of performance I would have all of these above it, Bourasque, Lancen C, Prog 46, Cent 5/1, T-44-100, 274a, Chimera, 122 TM. My LIS rarely gets a look in, not because it isnt a good tank (it is), but because its closest competitor (to me) the 274a is better than it imo as would take better pen/dpm/armour over the LIS better gun handling/maneuverability/camo for the most part but the kicker to me is only carrying 35 rounds of ammo. But you know, you cant go wrong with the LIS if you dont have it.

Draschel: No, the title isn't wrong. VK7501 was first tested with 0.19/0.19/0.15 gun handling. The track traverse was 26. Its camo, interestingly enough was originally 7.4%, among the better heavy tank camo values in the game, for a super heavy no less. The LFP was 180mm, the chin beneath the turret above the driver was 210.Then there were some reductions, its first appearance supertest. Track rotation was reduced to 22. The LFP was made 160, the chin under the gun was made 200. The camo was reduced to 4.22, sensible. The gun handling got kicked in shins, 0.24/0.24/0.17. And lastly its final iteration and launch, extremely weird because 252U and Chrysler got buffs final iteration and this thing got nerfed. Gun handling atrociously nerfed again, 0.28/0.28/0.17. Just about like an artillery.  Rate of fire down to 3.37 from 3.64.  With renegade, Skoda 56, 703-ii and WZ113-ii coming....do we really need to worry if such an inflexible, slow super heavy got its concept 3.64 rate of fire,  0.19/0.19/0.15 dispersion values back? And 180 LFP, 210 chin? To be fair, of course, they can withhold the 7.4% stationary camo   lol. We don't need hiding VK7501s   Every single time i play this thing, I wish I picked Chrysler instead.  On a side note, also give FV4202 its full public test buffs from 9.21 it was supposed to get. Not half. This just in everyone, no  FV4202 is not overly powerful. 200mm gun emplacement, not 165 and 170. 750HP engine.

The vehicle has an additional track attached to the main one. This allows the vehicle to continue moving (although with a speed penalty) even if both main tracks are destroyed.To the Supertest, the vehicle also comes with two top (90 mm and 105 mm) guns. The first gun is more accurate and has higher damage per minute, while the second one has higher damage per shot. The test will determine which configuration will be final—whether both guns or just one of them will remain.The 90 mm gun causes 240 HP of damage per shot. Penetration of the main APCR shell is 223 mm, and the special HEAT shell has 290 mm of penetration. The gun's accuracy is 0.37, with an aiming time of 2.1 s, and a reload time of 6.4 s.The 105 mm gun causes 320 HP of damage per shot. The penetration value of the main AP shell is 208 mm, and the penetration value of the special APCR shell is 245 mm. The vehicle's good mobility and the reserve track mechanic will improve its survivability, even if an enemy tries to immobilize you, which will allow you to use different tactics and maneuvers on the battlefield.  The AMBT is a medium tank with an auto-reloading mechanism. The vehicle features a 105 mm gun and a three-shell magazine. Loading of the first shell takes 18 s, the second one takes 13 s, and the third one takes 12 s. Reload time between shells in the magazine is 3 s. This allows you to cause damage not only to same-tier but also to higher-tier opponents. The solid turret and rational angles of its armor plates allow this vehicle to play hull-down. However, the hull and turret traverse speeds are rather low which may cause some difficulties in close-range combat.

churchill50: Depends entirely on the ticket and their staffing. Easier tickets I've seen answered in a matter of a few hours. More involved tickets or tickets submitted near the weekend have gone for 1-3 days without an answer sometimes.

KRZYBooP: I can't stay quiet! This is my favorite tank!  Can it be bananas in lower tiers? Yes, you bet.  Is it bananas against tier 7? NOPE! It doesn't even have a tier 6 gun to benefit from splash or HE, and in my opinion, never get one cause that would make it bananas in tier 7 with tracking potential.  It also can go against wheeled tanks which spot it and kill it in no time. (I know cause I have to play with that in mind when picking a spot to rain my hellfire.) It also is up for indirect nerfs that include changes to ammo and other general game mechanics.  These are my opinions and observations for why it is fine.

KRZYBooP: Howdy Boom Jockeys!   The changes to the Chinese WZ-114 heavy tank go to the closed Supertest stage.Compared to the previous round of testing, the tank has undergone many changes, and the vehicle is now tested at Tier IX.It has a 130 mm gun with 530 hit points of damage per shot. Its standard Armor-Piercing shell penetrates 266 mm of armor, while a special HEAT shell penetrates 311 mm. The aiming time is 3.6 s, reload time is 17 s.The vehicle retains its distinctive feature—good accuracy of 0,33 m, which allows for aiming conveniently at an enemy's weak spots, and delivering fire from the distance.Maximum speed is 33 km/h, specific power is 12.1 h.p./t.The turret front armor reaches 300 mm, while the hull armor reaches 140 mm. General durability is high and comprises 2,300 hit points. Combined with good frontal armor, this will let the tank improve its lifetime on the battlefield.The WZ-114 remains a heavy tank with strong frontal armor, unremarkable speed characteristics, but excellent accuracy for heavy tanks. Please reply to this forum post if you have questions.     When can I log into the account?   You can log into the account when the event starts at 4PM CT on Friday   Can I skip the tutorial?  Yes, you can skip the tutorial by pressing esc, then clicking the “leave Bootcamp” option.    Can I set up tanks before the event?   No, all tanks should only require equipment to be added as the crews are fully maxed out and don’t necessitate assigning skills.    Why can’t I log in?  The accounts will not be unlocked until the event begins. If you have issues once the event starts, send a ticket to Customer Service.    The password says incorrect, what is happening?  Try typing the password instead of copy+paste as with the copy method you may inadvertently add a space at the end. Otherwise, please contact support if you continue to experience issues.      Can I count in with others?  Yes, you can count in, however, you may not give yourself up to players or self-destruct to avoid being killed. If you're found violating rules on the sheriff account, sanctions will be placed on your personal account.     Do I have to play according to the schedule?  No, the schedule isn’t fully strict. We DO prefer to have sheriffs play according to the schedule as to have as many users in that tier as possible so players have the best chance at finding sheriffs. We request you spend as much time as you can with the schedule, but if you play outside of the schedule it is acceptable.    Can I platoon?  Yes, you can platoon with your friends or other sheriffs. You may have liability if you are associated with any sort of rules violations that happen while you’re on the account, however, so choose your platoonmates wisely.    What do I do if I see another Sheriff/Turkey/Rabbit on the enemy team?  Play as normal, but try to avoid destroying other sheriffs as much as possible as it eliminates your ally's chance to earn the gold by destroying a sheriff.    Can I play in (strongholds/advances/frontline/other alternate modes) on the account? ​No, the sheriff accounts are not allowed in other modes. Draschel: when people complain about being bottom tier, it is a plea of helplessness. And I understand it fully. The amount of thought and second guessing I place 2 tiers down, far outweigh any benefits from the actual result of the game unless its the rare actual 3rd mark in itself. Likewise, to be fair and not self-centered, the amount of thought and any second guessing at all? When two tiers above? This is an issue to, and the simplest fix is to remove these instances of struggle, when 2 tiers down. And remove these instances of boldness and invincibility, when two tiers above.  People do not remark that you CANNOT contribute to a team effort, two tiers down. But it is needlessly hard and extremely punishable. And of course just about everyone can contribute, very easily, two tiers above. Even without a good skill base. And even without a good tank.  And thats why it is important to get rid of these extremes. When it is too hard, or when it is too easy. +/1-/1  is what we need

churchill50:  Very basic misunderstanding here. Accuracy/Dispersion in WoT is expressed as meters at a range of 100m.So a dispersion value of 0.35 would mean a dispersion of 0.35m at 100m. NOT 3.5m at 100m. I have no idea where you came up with that idea. The rest of your post is honestly pretty ridiculous, but I thought I would point out the simple misunderstanding in these few sentences.

churchill50: This is only a problem because WG refuses to nerf the Chieftain, which anyone can see is what needs to be done. By not nerfing the Chieftain, they've backed themselves into a corner. They either:A. Make the Chieftain available every campaign or every other campaign, making the issue worse by putting more Chieftains in CW and pubs.or B. Stop offering the Chieftain, which doesn't solve the issue since players who have it already can still use it. What it does do is completely screw over mid-level clans and new CW players who need a Chieftain to be competitive. It's a disgusting situation created solely by WG's lack of care for balance.

Jaguarz:  Note, they had to walk away from it when they tried to foist the idiotic plan on WoWS which is where it originally comes from in its guise as the "Paragon" system The allure of crew 2.0 is from the current development team looking for a fast cash grab because they are jealous the original devs made bank and are chilling on their yachts with a stream of model girlfriends, this is what they came up with to line their pockets but the beancounters wont hurt long term returns for a fast buck because they dont get paid that way and likewise the owners dont need a short term cash influx at the cost of reliable income stream.

Jaguarz: I may be wrong but I seem to recall daily deals which were worse than normal due to them trying to package worthless crap together to disguise it.
