Has arty been hit with a secret accuracy nerf?

But, now I am seeing a distinctly awkward number of rounds disappearing into the ether. What is going on?   We KNOW that management changes at WG have resulted a lot of $*** being thrown at arty. So much $***, in fact, that literally thousands of players have quit the game entirely. But, it's starting to look like yet another accuracy nerf has been dealt to arty.   What is going on? (I won't hold my breath waiting for a constructive reply from WG lol).
