And I believe it is due to the ignorance of the developers on the
subject.churchill50: Very basic misunderstanding here. Accuracy/Dispersion in WoT
is expressed as meters at a range of 100m.So a dispersion value of
0.35 would mean a dispersion of 0.35m at 100m. NOT 3.5m at 100m. I
have no idea where you came up with that idea. The rest of
your post is honestly pretty ridiculous, but I thought I would
point out the simple misunderstanding in these few sentences.
