You are missing the point entirely. This about WG and their monetization strategy. Gameplay has little to do with it. WG largely makes money by selling premium tanks and premium time. In order to generate a demand for these two products then they need reasons to buy them. In the case of shooting at heavily armored tanks then they have provided "more expensive - in terms of credits" premium ammo for players to shoot through that armor. Thus increasing the need for premium tanks and premium time to earn those credits. Think of yourself as an xp piñata, because IMHO that is how WG views heavy tanks. Until they decide to change their monetization strategy, then I think you are out of luck. Note - for a lot of the really good competitive players (not me I am terrible) then I would hazard to guess that premium rounds are also a way to mitigate for the effects of RNG by having a higher base pen.

KRZYBooP: Currently, WG is looking to address premium rounds as stated
in the previous balance revamps held earlier this year. It was made
pretty apparent that changing pen values only shifts the balance.
Everything in the game is balanced on damage mechanics and that
test I spoke of made Heavy tanks very difficult to deal with. The
rounds weren't even changed that much. With over 500 tanks in-game,
with many personal favorites, these changes are going to be
slow. Now while premium rounds have a better pen value,
they still suffer from all the normal stuff a tank round has to
consider. Rocks, tank angle, dispersion, and teammates jumping in
front of your well-aimed shot! Since premium rounds can be
resupplied with credits it allows everyone access to them, both
veteran and non-veteran players. Veteran players know how to make
credits in their favorite tier 8 tanks with a platoon to supplement
their tier 10 battles, of which they may not even lose due to them
being in a platoon and able to count on each
other. After playing heavy tanks for a bit I did notice
that if I don't move from behind a rock the enemy will get
impatient and get blown to the garage by my team of TD's lining up
a shot.

Einzelganger7: I think what wargaming is trying to do is to make light tanks
dedicated to scouting instead of how right now the higher tiers are
like pocket mid tanks that can be as offensive as them so it would
be either keep using the same (or almost the same) setup but not
having bonuses of the dedicated slots, or use the dedicated slots
with their respective equipment type but sacrifice in their
firepower department so they can get back to their intended role of
dedicated scouts.

My stats are honest and up front. Re-Rolls start a new
account to hide their stats. Clubbers use Anonymizer to hide their
stats (Anonymizer should be nerfed). Both of these practices are
misleading, and a cancer on the game, because opposing players do
not realize who to treat as the most serious threat for targeting.
This is further victimizing to other players because the offending
player knows everyone else's stats at a glance. Another reason I
played many games in that Jag is because I love that tank. So,
shoot me (literally). For years I resisted moving up due to not
spending money. Every time I tried tier 3 or four, I faced APCR at
every turn and died right away. In the last year and a half, I have
started playing tiers 3 to 8. So, there you have it ; I am moving
up to higher tiers. Regardless of the shade you cast on me, my
initial points of issue are still accurate. Address the issues and
stop trolling. As to how to know if someone is a re-roll,
simply look at their stats. A newer player who has 1,000 games will
often have a rating in the 1,000 range. A Re-Roll will have a tank
with 0K games with a 2,500 rating. There are other ways to tell,
but that is fairly telling. To tell if someone is a unicum, look at
the battle report and right click their name to look at their
record. They are only anonymous during the game. Afterward, you can
see who they really are in the World of Tanks.

How can you even complain about rerolls and unicums at low tiers? You are one of them. You get your 60% win rate, ie unicum stats, by only playing in the kiddie pool. Hardly counts as honest. 1) Wheelies are bad for the game, agreed.2) You are no better than any other unicum hanging out at low tiers, stop being a hypocrite and okay at higher tiers yourself.3) +2/-2 MM is fine, you would probably have learned to deal with it if you actually played past tier 2 at some point.4) not a big deal either way.

performance in almost 22K battles, I would have to play 57, 133,

wall, and invader medals (respectively) to earn the styles. That's
obviously not happening. Why structure an event with requirements
so high that the majority of players don't even try? I fear
player skill creep is happening in WoT. If the player base shrinks
to only those of the highest skill level, the game will have huge
barriers for new and/or below average players.

your three initials on the list and walking away. These are
incentives to top players and others willing to try at the
challenge. If you also notice there are other missions
based on specifics this month so you can knock out more than one
with a Russian tank. These missions are always on and
repeatable.

2Jun until 1Jul. Additional information about the rewards:
If a player wins a vehicle they already own, they receive
its equal value in Gold.
Players can win more than one category. This means, for instance, if a player destroys the most enemies with the featured nation's vehicles and the ace's vehicles, they get the corresponding reward for each one.
In the event multiple players have the same highest number of destroyed enemy vehicles, the winner is chosen via a random tie-breaker.

Subject: [Superteste] CS-63
Link on message: #12531923
Link on message: #12531923
MA77: Saudações, comandantes. Hoje, um representante do novo ramo
polonês, o CS-63, tentará passar pelo Supertest. Este médio de
Nível X tem algumas características bastante
promissoras! Vamos dar uma olhada.
Ele está armado com um canhão de
105 mm, que tem 390 pontos de dano alfa. Seu projétil AP pode
penetrar 258 mm da blindagem inimiga, enquanto o APCR 315 mm. Em
8,5 segundos, o canhão é recarregado, permitindo causar ainda mais
danos.
A proteção do casco é ainda pior: 80 mm
características dinâmicas do veículo. No modo padrão, a
Enquanto a dinâmica aumenta no modo
No entanto, colocar o

Subject: [ S T ] Polish Medium Tank CS-63

KRZYBooP: Howdy Boom Jockeys!
Today, a representative of the new Polish
branch, the CS-63, will try to make it through the closed
Supertest. This Tier X medium has some quite promising
characteristics! Let’s take a look.It’s armed with a 105 mm gun
delivering alpha damage of 390 points. A standard AP round can
penetrate 258 mm of enemy armor, while a special APCR can go
through 315 mm of it. In 8.5 seconds, the gun is reloaded enabling
you to cause even more damage. As for other parameters, the
dispersion and the aiming time are 0.36 at 100 m and 2.3 seconds,
respectively. Also, the gun sports decent stabilization values and
the vehicle has a view range of 400 m.Armor-wise, it’s quite an
ordinary vehicle: its front armor plates are 260 mm thick, but
mainly in the gun mask, while other areas have less protection. The
hull’s protection is even weaker: 80 mm in the front, however, the
armor plates are well-angled. Overall, the Pole’s hit points amount
to 2000.The best thing about CS-63 is its mobility. The tank can
move in two modes: standard and rapid. Switching between them spurs
dramatic changes in the vehicle’s dynamic characteristics. In
standard mode, the maximum speed is 55 km/h, while when putting in
rapid mode, the Pole can hit 70 km/h. Also, with the rapid mode on,
its engine reveals a whopping increase in power: from the standard
740 hp up to 1150 hp. While the dynamics increase in rapid mode,
the performance of the gun suffers (the stabilization and the
aiming time values decrease significantly) and the vehicle becomes
more visible. It should be noted that the impact produced by
switching between modes is far from set in stone, and both the
numerical values and the characteristics might change.Summing up,
the CS-63 is a classic medium tank. It has a decent gun, mounted on
a flexible, yet poorly armored platform. However, putting the Pole
in rapid mode allows for a much wider area of control over the map
and expands the range of tactical options. In skillful hands, this
vehicle can perform to the utmost of its abilities.

the ones with supposedly good sniper guns. Armor certainly is not
as it should. Why would the russian tanks be so fantasy made
up? Rigged? Why does it take tanks from the 50's, 60's and
70's to stack up against the WW2 German tanks. we all know
russian tanks were pos, yet they are fantasy OP in wot. It
would certainly be good for the game if it were balanced and fair,
but it is a russian game so we just have to lower expectations and
any expenditures, if any at all.

¡Saludos!

especially the mobility and survivability ones. Though I think they
should give less bonuses to wheeled vehicles to balance things,
otherwise the ebr 105 will be even more broken.
