Is this the end of passive scouting in an LT?

Einzelganger7: I think what wargaming is trying to do is to make light tanks dedicated to scouting instead of how right now the higher tiers are like pocket mid tanks that can be as offensive as them so it would be either keep using the same (or almost the same) setup but not having bonuses of the dedicated slots, or use the dedicated slots with their respective equipment type but sacrifice in their firepower department so they can get back to their intended role of dedicated scouts.
