Incoming! Tank medal hunting missions!

KRZYBooP: Howdy Boom Jockeys! Starting now (1Jun) and running until 1Jul, there are extra awards for earning specific medals.  Rewards include bonus XP, consumables, equipment, and personal reserves.  The player with the most specified medals earns a premium tank depending on the medal.
