Trevzor: Hello and welcome to competitive World of Tanks! To
answer your questions: Yes, you want to be in your garage. About 10
minutes before your matches start, a blinking tab will show up in
the bar at the bottom of your garage where chat channels are called
"Special Battles." Click on this tab and double click the listing
inside it (usually named after the tournament that you are
participating in.) Once you have done that, you are brought to the
Tournament Lobby where you and your team can ready up your tanks,
talk about strats, etc. There are two sides to the window, the left
is the "Reserves" side and the right is the "Active" side. Teams
need to have at least some players readied up in tanks of the
appropriate level in the Active side of the window. While all
players can move themselves from left to right or vice versa, it is
generally better to allow your captain or team caller to take care
of the player movement so as not to cause confusion. From
there, it is just like playing in a platoon. You ready up a tank,
your captain makes sure that your team is not breaking any of the
tank rules or tier restrictions for the tournament, and you wait
until the counter runs down. You will be put into your match with
the enemy team and the fights will commence. Don't forget,
you need to join the "Special Battles" tab for each tournament that
you participate in, ready your tank between each round, and have
players in the "Active" column of the Special Battles window each
round. Good luck out there!

The_Chieftain: CK, they have seen proposed trees with three TD lines, two medium
lines, two heavy lines and two artillery lines. After all, if you
guys can come up with a US tree, so can we. I have no idea why
you're getting "insufficient options" from them as an excuse. There
are two routes being talked about (as discussion topics, not plan)
for M60A1. As I understand it, the reason that this hasn't happened
is because there has been no particular desire to do so. If this
continues or not, I have no clue, but they'll get to it if or when
they decide to. Until they do, everything else is academic.

any difficulty waking up in the morning. ETA. Adding
prodding the devs about the Czech tank descriptions (see SS/RSR) to
my to-do list.

office. And I didn't get to do it today. Plus, it can take up to
seven days after the tournament ends for gold to be distributed.
While I like getting it out by Friday for the group stage, some
weeks it gets delayed. Sorry

dance210: Hello Tankers! We are conducting a short survey to see what type of prize(s) players
would like to see the Skirmishes offer. I encourage all players to
fill out the survey, whether you currently participate in Skirmish
tournaments or not. You can find the survey here and feel free to discuss the Skirmishes,
format, prizes, etc. in this thread
Please note: the results of
this survey will not be used to replace gold as a prize; it is to
determine what (if any) additional prize(s) y'all would like to see
tournaments offer. Your feedback is greatly appreciated

The_Chieftain: CK, I'm happy enough to say that LiB eventually came up with a
pretty convincing argument, but I also stand by my position that
when he got started, his logic was entirely unconvincing. It seems
he got significantly irked because I did not immediately see the
light of something he firmly believed and which it turns out was
probably right. I did exactly what I said I was doing: I notified
Minsk that there was some concern almost immediately, but did not
push hard to begin with because I did not find that the evidence
was conclusive. LiB, if you want to post up screenshots of the PMs
somewhere, maybe combine with the public posts in time sequence
over on The Thread and finally get this out in the open so that we
can finally drop this silliness and move on, that's fine with me.

do you see a lock in the upper right corner - I can't remember if
it's by the gold or the convertible experience? Pre-9.12 at least,
there were some mods that basically locked the gold, so a player
couldn't accidentally use it. I believe if you click on that lock,
it will unlock and the gold will become available. If you
don't have any mods, I would suggest taking a screenshot of the
entire garage and submitting a support ticket; our awesome customer
service guys will hopefully be able to help you out a bit better

warrantied 3x since, and in total they have had it longer than I
have in those 3½ months. twice the SSD puked - first one
lasted 3 weeks, the 2nd lasted two weeks. after the second
warrantied SSD, it was returned looking like it had been driven
over by a forklift. case dented in 3 separate areas. rear
mount pedestal/foot broken off and dangling.a technician's socket
floating around inside the case. I powered it up, and
noticed immediately that the voltage/temps were spiking erratically
as high as 90ºC. opened the case back up, and the giant CPU
Cooler I had specified was visibly loose/wobbly - when I attempted
to tighten it down, it seemed that they had locktighted the threads
loose... I sent video and pictures, and their CSR rep was
sympathetic enough, and shocked enough that it passed QA, let alone
supposedly had been "stress tested" in that state - but there was
little he could do but offer to cover the shipping back.
I've had it back for less than a week now, and so far it's
stable/running nice and cool. so far. I fly out Monday
11/30 for work for two weeks, and obviously hope I don't get a call
from my wife and kids while I'm gone that it blew up again...
I had a total of 4 machines that needed to be
specc'ed/replaced at home. I've already pulled the plug on an
Asus laptop instead of speccing out a slightly more robust machine
from cyberpower, and I honestly can't see a reason why I'd ever
order something from them again. just a couple of the
