9.13 Common Test Bugs and Issues

Saffr0n: Happy Thanksgiving, Tankers!   The common test server has been opened so you may try out the first iteration of 9.13   The common test notes as well as a download link can be found HERE   Please provide us with any feedback and let us know of any bugs or issues that you encounter along the way.   Accounts that were created prior to November 18th can participate in the test. If you have changed your password after November 18th then you will need to use the previously used password.
