anyone else having problem converting gold to free experience?

dance210: Hi!   Question: Do you have any mods installed?   If yes, do you see a lock in the upper right corner - I can't remember if it's by the gold or the convertible experience? Pre-9.12 at least, there were some mods that basically locked the gold, so a player couldn't accidentally use it. I believe if you click on that lock, it will unlock and the gold will become available.   If you don't have any mods, I would suggest taking a screenshot of the entire garage and submitting a support ticket; our awesome customer service guys will hopefully be able to help you out a bit better
