Decorating the Tree - Design an Ornament Contest

The holidays are upon us and what better to celebrate by designing an ornament, and sharing it with our community!?   Here are the details:   Entry Period Begins: 12:00pm PST 11/25/15 Entry Period Ends: 12:00pm PST 12/18/15   Prizes: The top 5 Entries will get the IS-3A + Garage Slot and 7 Days of Premium time! Everyone else who we receive a custom ornament from gets 500 Gold + 3 Days of Premium Time!   Rules: Ornaments should be 1-7 inches in height (not including hanger) and ready to hang. Ornaments should approximately weigh a half pound or less in weight. Ornament must be able to hang on the tree without extra support. You can glue any objects to make your ornament decorative – be creative! Some examples are: glitter, ribbon, stars, cotton balls, etc. No glass, sharp and/or other breakable materials. The use of recycled and natural materials is encouraged. Ornaments must be in compliant with the Submission Requirements  Only one entry per Account. Friends and family can assist in the creation of the ornament! Enclose a description of your ornament with your gamertag/username. Ornaments will be viewed close up so details are important.   Please see the full list of rules, and our shipping address here:   Objective: The objective of the Wargaming Creative Ornament Contest is to collect creative ornaments from our players to showcase to our community. One or more representatives of the Wargaming Office will select the most compelling entries in accordance with these Official Rules to determine the Winners (defined below).  By participating in this Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Wargaming, which are final and binding in all respects.    Contest Entry Period:  The Contest entry period begins at 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time ("PST&quot on Wednesday, November 25th, 2015, and ends at 12:00 pm PST on Friday, December, 18th, 2015 ("Contest Period&quot. Any submissions after the Contest Entry Period has expired will not be considered for the contest.   Eligibility:  Must be 18 years old to enter.   Submission Requirements: Entries must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. Wargaming may request proof of these permissions from the Entrant at any time.  Failure to provide such proof may, if requested, render entry null and void.  Entries must be free of profanity, references to sex, violence, drugs, alcohol, and/or inappropriate language. Entries must be in good taste and suitable for viewing by persons of all ages.  Entries cannot contain any offensive, obscene, inappropriate or sexually suggestive material, propaganda, potentially misleading information, or defamatory or disparaging material about Wargaming or its programs or activities, other people or companies, or endorse any form of hate or hate group or terrorist activity, or discriminate on the basis of race, religion, creed, national origin, disability, handicap, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by law.  Entries cannot directly promote or speak negatively about any particular faith, political action, legislation or party, or promote or encourage the violation of any law, as determined by Wargaming in its sole discretion. Entries must not contain anything else that is not in keeping with the image of Wargaming or that is not in compliance with these Official Rules. Please note that Wargaming has the right, but not the obligation, to review and monitor entries.  If Wargaming determines (through its own review or third-party notice) that an entry does not comply with the requirements set forth in these Official Rules or is otherwise inappropriate, the entry may be disqualified and/or never be posted without notice to the entrant.   Criteria:

Wargaming is not held responsible for any lost or damaged Ornaments during the delivery process.   Judging:  At the end of the Contest Period, and assuming a sufficient number of submissions are received, representatives of Wargaming will select “Winner[s]”.  The determination of the Winner will be at the sole discretion of Wargaming and will be based on the following criteria: Creativity Quality Theme The determination of Wargaming shall be final and binding.   Prize Conditions:  Any and all taxes and other costs, fees and not specifically stated within these Official Rules as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient. Prizes may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Specifics of the prizes are in Wargaming’s sole discretion. Prizes are subject to availability and Wargaming reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prizes or a portion of the prizes is unavailable.   Prize Notification:   The Winners of the Contest will be awarded their digital prizes by “January” “6th”, “2016”. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winners.   Agreements:  By submitting an Entry to Wargaming, you hereby:
  agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements;
  agree that the conditions of submission set forth in these Official Rules, and all documents and agreements incorporated in these Official Rules by reference, solely govern the relationship between Entrants and Wargaming in connection with these Contest;
  waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to any such Entry submitted by you to Wargaming;
  agree to hold Wargaming and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees sponsors and assigns harmless from and against, and hereby waive any right to pursue, any claims of any nature arising in connection with the inclusion in, publication via or display on any Wargaming site, or any other use authorized under these Official Rules, of any Entry submitted to Wargaming by you;  acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Contest and/or prevent others from utilizing the Contest.   General Liability Release:  Wargaming assumes no responsibility for illegible, lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries, system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, or other telecommunications malfunctions. Wargaming reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of the Contest if, in Wargaming’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or integrity and proper entry of the Contest. In such circumstances the Contest may be cancelled by Wargaming.
