Here's another issue that I just remembered:
Rate of Fire of auto-loaders is wrong, your formula counts both the clip reload and the clip firing rate for the first shell, when it should just be the clip reload.
Rate of Fire for auto-cannons is wrong, no idea what your formula does here (probably multiplying with burst count or something, didn't bother figuring it out)
Tankopedia is also wrong, but in another way (RoF for auto-loaders there is actually magazine reloads per minute, auto-cannons again make no sense)

Overlord: Effect from Optics and Telescope does stack. If 1 is you view
range, you will get 1*1.1*1.25=1.375 view range, which means the
enemies within your view range get camo the respective penalty
(0.375).
Enhance gun laying drive reduces aiming time by 10%, aiming_time*0.9. Percentage is correct.
The same is for the grousers (4.8% and 9.1% respectively).

Overlord: Not planning to introduce various armour types. This would add even
more complexity, which along with randomization and highly detailed
hitboxes will make the mechanics messy.

Overlord: T30 as a TD will have researchable modules but it will be elite if
you have T30 in your garage upon the revision.

Why I fell robbed ? Im going to spent in the future more gold to convert exp, to buy T30. Im goint to spent more gold to convert exp to make french line.
And why I feel like GW dosent care about that I want to play hight tiers becouse... I want.
Im here since beggining of beta, I have eyes and ears and i see and hear how this game is changing. If 0.7.2 will continue this direction, I will quit this game.

Im spending lot of gold for premium account and for some free exp. I have trusted WG and I am paying for your job becouse is feel I have to do it. Everyone would like to have M5 BMW some day right ?
But... I will not buy any prem tank (only my son has type 59 ) becouse its to much cash, and I dont want to. Also I dont feel fun to play on lower tiers than VIII ( I have T32), just to make cash. I like to play on tanks whic I WANT TO PLAY ( E-50, E-75, IS-4, T32).
So question is (and dont ignore me again Overlord becouse no one likes it):
- why premium tank users, even without account can farm more cash than me ? I spent more money this year than ocassionaly player who bought type 59 and he is not having premium account.
- why WG is forcing us to money lose, due to:
a) more crits and dings (reworked armour lie - reworked RNG)- ammo cost
B ) less accuracy - ammo cost
c) ! maybe ! ninja nefrs to a credit income on some tanks

Im here since beggining of beta, I have eyes and ears and i see and hear how this game is changing. If 0.7.2 will continue this direction, I will quit this game.
Overlord: The point that needs to be underlined and marked in neon red is
that there is no conspiracy of any kind in-game, which can be

Overlord: Dunno why you should feel that way. It is publicly announced that
premium account features are A and B, while premium vehicles have
their own pros and cons. The info is available for players and you
are to choose wisely and carefully what to do (buy premium account,
buy premium tank, convert exp or buy camo, etc.) based on your own
priorities.

Overlord: Not sure it that sort of discount was abandoned (prolly community
guys have an explanation). In terms of potential damage to the
economy, discounts on vehicles are less harmful of course.

Overlord: While 8.8 L71 may be lacking firepower as tier 8 TD top gun
(however even here there are option to adjust RoF), premium JT will
keep its current armour which is rather good for tier 8. We have
got a number of secondary parameters to fit at this tier making JT
slightly less powerful than its fully upgraded counterparts. It
wont suffer at tier 8.

Overlord: It's far more logical and fair to adjust the newcomers.
There might have been certain lack of accuracy, but I dont think it was significant or resulted in a major imbalance. That's a regular routine process of adjusting newly-added tanks.

Overlord: The concept of historical battles is not finalized and is subject
to change. The current idea is to allow existing vehicles (that are

Overlord: Really. Without any doubt user battleking (have nothing personal
against him) is a trustworthy and reliable guy, and probably he is
testing WoT v.8.9 on his own private server.

При доходе в 8к в день(у нас сейчас) и активных боях - уходит примерно 4к-6к в день из казны. А если провинций и доходности меньше - глобалка становится прерогативой только богатых буратин. Доход в 5-6 к могут позволить себе лишь пара десятков кланов. А меньше - уже упираемся в личные финансы...

вливания личных финансов? Было заявлено, что она будет приносить
доход, но небольшой. Никто и никогда даже не планировал выводить ГК
на самоокупаемость для игроков. Вы что, это же хай-энд контент
игры, а он всегда должен быть наиболее прибыльным для производителя

Регламент:
1. Конкурс проводится в двух номинациях: для водителей арт-САУ и для водителей ПТ, ТТ, СТ и ЛТ.
2. Сроки проведения конкурса: с 6 по 29 февраля 2012 года.
3. Свои достижения участники конкурса подкрепляют двумя скриншотами - стартовым и финальным, на которых четко видны: а) дата скриншота, б) количество нужных медалей на выбранном танке. В случае, если на скриншотах эти данные плохо видны, игрок выбывает из конкурса.

4. Каждый игрок имеет право принимать участие только в одной номинации.
Номинация для ПТ, ТТ, СТ и ЛТ

Различия в условиях конкурса для двух номинаций связаны с тем, что на арт-САУ практически невозможно заработать медаль Бельтера. Конечно, есть отдельные случаи, но они исключительно редки, особенно после патча 0.7.1.
