Falathi: Lansen to nie wunderwaffe. To przyzwoita maszyna, ma sporego
plusa w postaci dość ciężkiej alfy i niezłego DPM. Jest mobilny, ma
opuszczenie działa, czy niezły kamuflaż. Z drugiej strony tak jak
napisałeś, to papier choć czasami potrafi coś odbić.

The gun doesn`t have the best handling ever, but this is rather common in Swedish tanks in game. However, decent alpha and gun depression are one of the good things Lansen has to offer

Same is with IS-3A, it has bad gun handling like most of the
soviet heavies but who says you should snipe with it ? It has very
good gun handling for a brawler. All the soviet tanks got that kind
of gun handling and they still perform better than every nation.

Now, you are right that it should brawl and it`s meant to brawl and I think it`s good to let people know that this is the way they should be played.
As for performance - I don`t know. Personally, I do not feel that much respect when facing Soviet HTs. They have strong armor and decent parameters overall, but when you aim at their lower front plates the magic is gone, sometimes along with the ammo rack.
Now, you are right that it should brawl and it`s meant to brawl and I think it`s good to let people know that this is the way they should be played.

Now, back to IS-3A. It is a powerful tank, but keep in mind the gun handling is not exactly perfect and mobility could be better as well so you better play it on close distance.

Falathi: Guys, if I may add a few cents regarding this: it is always a good
idea to play with the keyboard settings, reticle settings and so
on. It may sound funny, but actually you can find one setting or
another way more comfortable for YOU, and YOUR playing style. And
this is what it is all about For example, I use different reticle settings for
the sniper view and regular view - I found a big red dot to be
optimal for the regular one, and crosshair as one of the best

excellent passive spotter and decent active spotter. The gun allows
only for finishing moves, or a sudden hit on an unsuspecting enemy
but leaves you lost against other LTs, hence it`s recommended for
spotting.
As for the science fiction part: nope, it`s an actual thing, several prototypes have been built when the French Army was hoping to get a light tank that could be quickly deployed thanks to an airlift. ELC EVEN as seen in game is based on one of the prototypes. The only part that is a science fiction indeed is the fact that the real tank was supposed to be operated by a two men crew and not three as in the game. Here, there`s even a picture on Wiki showing the prototype

Falathi: It is just my assumption really - but taking other stance
would likely affect a lot of games as a lot of mechanisms could be
considered gambling. Therefore, I consider such a solution as not
very likely, unless the goal is to ban everything.
We could - at least in theory - end up with a different solution, such as age verification for example, but then for those old enough nothing would change. But, to be frank, to speak more in depth I would have to get much more familiar with the legal situation regarding gambling in the UK as well as more details about proposed regulations.

Falathi: From the WG point of view I`d say all depends on what sort of
regulations could be put in place and only then we could see if it
is relatable. The Christmas boxes had a guaranteed
reward equal to their price plus a chance of something extra,
sometimes something very nice indeed. This differs from a system
where you can end up empty-handed, or with some stuff of very low
value compared to the price of the box. Therefore, depending
on what exactly would be considered a loot box Christmas boxes
could be affected, partially affected, or - likely - not affected
at all.

'situational'?Falathi: On such maps I`d strongly recommend to use the hit and run
tactis. You have a pretty tiny vehicle, you load the clip, rush,
empty the clip and retreat. I would say it`s not the best tactics
even and it`s not guaranteed to always work, but it should still be
OK.

be OK. However, I have no idea if such a change can be introduced

I`ve noticed the same. Also, pla\ying E 50 M and then Leo usually
ended with me going aggressive, with style, right into the
garage. Fun fact: same rule as you mentioned applies to
Standard B and Progetto 65.

but not much beyond that due to absolute paper thing hull and
turret. E 50M can also snipe, but it can also get closer without
risking too much. As for DPM - I`d say what seems to
matter, at least to players like me is the balance between alpha
and ROF. On one hand, sometimes tanks like Pudel are great thanks
to dpm and the ability to keep someone tracked. OTOH, especially in
tier X battles, I rather appreciate UDES 15/16 with its alpha, or
TVP 50/51 for the ability to quickly empty whole clip.

might be the best. As for the tech tree, this can indeed be an
issue and we have a lot of tanks in some tech trees that would
belong to one than one nation. Who knows, perhaps one day?

step. One of the reasons it was picked was the fact that it was
added as a Soviet tank when PL tech tree was not yet a thing, but
it felt awkward being a Soviet vehicle, with Soviet crew when it
should have rather been Polish. There were some discussions on how
to solve this issue and I think the solution we`ve got is the best
one possible. That being said - if everything works well
I`d expect more tanks to receive this feature as in the game we
actually have many vehicles that would fit in more than just one
nationality. Think of all the captured vehicles we have, including
the latest addition that is the Captured King Tiger. Then, all the
LendLease vehicles. Next, there are few cases of vehicles like the
aforementioned T-55A which would fit in the German as well as
Soviet service ( Not to mention that actually various variants of
T-55 could be added under Polish and Czech flags as well
).

Cheers Falathi: From my experience: it`s more like a tiny heavy tank
rather than an ordinary medium tank.
It somehow resembles a SuperPershing: OK gun for its tier, medium tank but with an armor more of a HT and such mobility as well.
It`s pretty pleasant for tier VI, but limited mobility and penetration means you won`t be able to do much against most VIII.
As for the BIA: the zero perk crew makes a big difference. Once you get into 3-4th perk the difference in overall XP is significant compared to a crew without the zero perk.
Also, you don`t have to bother about the BIA perk meaning that you can proceed with other highly desired perks, such as the 6th sense.
