Make T55A a Multinational Vehicles in Update 1.6.1

Falathi:  Personally, I`d consider Skoda T 50 or perhaps Standard B as the best tier IX medium tank but it`s my opinion. For sure T-55A is not bad.  

Falathi:  I can agree to this. Why not?  

Falathi:  I think it should be stated that Rudy is just the very first step. One of the reasons it was picked was the fact that it was added as a Soviet tank when PL tech tree was not yet a thing, but it felt awkward being a Soviet vehicle, with Soviet crew when it should have rather been Polish. There were some discussions on how to solve this issue and I think the solution we`ve got is the best one possible.  That being said - if everything works well I`d expect more tanks to receive this feature as in the game we actually have many vehicles that would fit in more than just one nationality. Think of all the captured vehicles we have, including the latest addition that is the Captured King Tiger. Then, all the LendLease vehicles. Next, there are few cases of vehicles like the aforementioned T-55A which would fit in the German as well as Soviet service ( Not to mention that actually various variants of T-55 could be added under Polish and Czech flags as well ).
