Falathi: From the WG point of view I`d say all depends on what sort of regulations could be put in place and only then we could see if it is relatable.  The Christmas boxes had a guaranteed reward equal to their price plus a chance of something extra, sometimes something very nice indeed. This differs from a system where you can end up empty-handed, or with some stuff of very low value compared to the price of the box. Therefore, depending on what exactly would be considered a loot box Christmas boxes could be affected, partially affected, or - likely - not affected at all.
