devastating or dangerous. It is just a nuisance. it rarely
dominates.

Draschel: Strv m/57 and M4 FL10 also have sort of longer intra-reload, and
low DPM. AMX12T is the worst of the bunch. Skoda T25 dumps its clip
fast but does it with good DPM, but has lackluster AP
pen. Generally, because Type 64 wasn't nerfed in the massive
overhaul of light tanks, it is extremely powerful compared to
others. Type 64 isn't a favoured target for auto loaders, as tier 6
auto loaders generally have bad gun handling like Strv and 12T and
are prone to miss it instead, and likewise the Type 64 is
pretty quick, and with its high DPM basically machine guns out
damage close to an autoloader itself. They are very
different tanks. Type 64 is a light tank, that secures map control
and spots. 12T is an ambusher, that doesn't do well as a
light tank. Keep in mind 12T has alot of bad faults, but the gun
still is 135 damage and 144 pen, significantly better than Type 64
in dealing with tanks with armour like Pudel / Bret, and T3485M.
The muzzle velocity is significantly better, allowing you to hit
stuff 500m away much easier. And the APCR penetration is miles
ahead, allowing you to threaten tier 8s too, easier than Type 64.
But in terms of brawling and DPM, view range - you just can't beat
Type 64.

Draschel: Don't call them that. The opposite of good, is bad, so it is as
easy as that. Concerning a bad player, chances are they are not as
likely to complain about anything that truly matters, rather than
nonsense and boulderdash that they don't understand to begin with,
like this thread for instance, or rigged RNG, or some other
ridiculous pastafarian tin-hat reason. And again, stop hating on
good players. You say a good player should grow up, and not care
about sullying their purple stats? Well, bad players should grow up
and stop acting the part of an imbecile, acertain that they are an
element of a team and team's depend on one another, and not be
given a free ride equaling out to 50% average because someone
carries them there. They need to earn it. Has nothing to do with
elites. It has to do with fair. Everyone, every single person,
should be tossed into the same vat, the same mixer - and do from
there whatever they please. It does push farming, even
if it is still just dampened effect. Slightly higher
better than nothing. A KV2 once in tier 5, with either 107 or 152,
farmed a heck of alot. It still farms much, but drastically
less. Cracked down on S35CA, T67. So, employing this exact
strategy, push farming back. Farming tier 6 is harder than 5, and
importantly get rid of the bots. I see people farming in T67, Pz
IV/V, Leh18b, excelsior, leopard and Elc -> have these
guys try it in panzer IV schmult, Hellcat, VK2801, M44 (they
already do this anyway) or churchill VII
lol. Of all the bottom farmers and tier V *peak* players I
see, most do quite awful in tier 6 using their Types, 85M, Crom B,
excaliber, Etc. Bad players complain lots too. warp103?
cheapbooks? And as I said, bad players complain more. Because
naturally there are more bad players than good ones. No one takes
them serious though, because they are complaining about childish,
and largely false things. Think of it back in high school. Are you
content with getting 60% in trigonometry? Or would you go for extra
help, and by doing that making the right choice in peer students
who excel at it. Rather than banding with friends who do as
terribly as you do, other 60%ers? It doesn't make sense. Should
federov, mario lemieux, jaromir jagr, patrick roy have played in a
league only, with other players comparable to them and only them?
Because they were great? This premise is
nonsense. https://ibb.co/thrLZsh This is what I mean
where skill-based is quite unruly and should be enforced, with for
example longer wait times. This is ridiculous, these team oriented
battles shouldn't be so lopsided. Tier 6, even so, happens alot in
8 and advances too.

greater game health -should also include a skilled crew cap,

Jagd88, Panther M10) should be given MM like Valentine, PzB2,

were they very commonly invoke all single tier battles. For
example, a 112 or IS6 are very powerful in tiers 6-7-8 and 7-8

they are okay, is single tier 8 battles. Not as good as 6-8, but

NeatoMan, on Mar 14 2021 - 21:25, said: IMO, there's nothing wrong with worse players expecting easier
matches. Lots of games have different levels of difficulty to
keep players from getting bored. For example, lower tiers provide
easier matches. Leagues would also provide easier matches.
What is wrong is bad players expecting easier matches by
making good players do all the work for them, or making matches
harder on good players by handicapping them with worse
players.
Link on message: #12787177

Draschel: It doesn't work one way and not the other. This is a
principle of what is fair, and what isn't. If there is an
unwillingness to bite into skill-based queues, which so far there
hasn't then the fairest is none at all. But anyway in
explaining it, giving bad players the opportunity to remain bad and
play others bad like them or worse, for an easy environment - is
bad. While having good players struggle with their every move or
else expect severe punishment.... and remain diligent and passive
for long stretches, until they make a near guaranteed exploit,
because the people alongside them are good like themselves - that
is pretty bad. Condemning. A bad player has every opportunity to
become good and knowledgeable, and in sort of the same manner a
good player can certainly make bad choices and seem like a bad
player. The best way to look at it, random queue
isn't to be taken as competitive. Which is a harsh oxymoron, I get
it.... because majority of a players battles are these, and the
results from these battles are certainly depicted in service record
and are used in judging whether or not one person plays at a
competitive state or not. I get it. But WG decision to make
skirmishes, advances (probably more competitive than random) as
weighted PR based, and I think that is fine due to the team nature.
So, if you want weighted PR battles, join an advance or skirmishes,
and for the most part wait in queue face off against others like
yourself (more often than not) but randoms should be just
that, random. I think it is the very particular, last stand reward
that is most gratifying when I play, for as a good player to be so
rewarded in a flat out loss, trying my best and reaping as much as
I can before being sent to the garage.

crapped on me for 300 damage, then has to wait for 40 seconds? Sure
its irritating, you bet. But if I ran into object 907 or 140, and
they crap on me 320 damage every 5.7 seconds, yep I am in some deep
crap hole of a spot. Struggling with a chassis far more flexible,
consistent, fast - compared to any arta too. That is where I
cry.

Subject: Panther II - Why didn't this get buffed with it's successors?
Link on message: #12786701
Link on message: #12786701
Einzelganger7: Well, first of all the Panther II is not a close and personal
brawler, it is meant to be a mid-long range support tank, I know is
ridiculous that Panthers have paper armor in the game considering
they were so resilient to enemy fire in WWII (along the Tiger I)
but asking for more armor is not the solution here because with the
role it has in the game it is meant to not have direct engagements.
As for the handling, I agree but it has nothing to do with the
dispersion, it's the sigma, Claus' conspiracy theories may be taken
as a joke but the one I can tell is even tangible is sigma, it
determines how much the shots will deviate from the middle of the
aim point, it is an actual stat in World of Warships (you can even
find it in the official wiki) though it's not shown in WoT, but
apparently here the better the dispersion, the more it tends to
deviate. How often Grilles or Leopards have hit the dirt while
shooting perfectly aimed and have .26 dispersion (while properly
equipped) but for example kv-2 can do pixel snapshots at 500 meters
away?I guess this message got some tinfoil in the end but I think
that everything would be the same even by making the Panther II
with .26 dispersion, if the shell deviation is that big there would
be no change. P.s: I got the Panther II when it got buffed and
I enjoyed though, even if the gun doesnt behave from time to time,
I do not think it requires more improvements.

heavies. But you are actually pretty solid for 3600 games, so
it isn't like you are behind the power curve. Basic things
you can do to get better1. Platoon with better players and
see how they play.2. Plethora of YouTube people you can
watch, not going to list them here.3. Get better crews,
people like to pretend like this doesn't matter but thats just
BS.4. Find a tank you want to play and play it for a while,
then rinse and repeat.5. Don't grind up too many lines at
once, stick with one style for a while until you are good at it and
consider moving on after that6. Don't play with stock
tanks7. Be aware of the map, make sure you increase the size
of your mini map and use it8. Don't be overly aggressive or
passive9. Learn the maps, this is one of the best things
about watching streamers, you will learn about spots you didn't
know about10. You need to play a lot, practice makes
perfect11. Use Automatic Fire Extinguishers, over time they
pay for themselves

that mobility is key on that tank. Sitting back and sniping
will get you out visioned, like you are being. Moving, and
keeping terrain, like buildings or hills, between you and the bad

good crew. You probably don’t have vision maxed out yet which
is your real problem. Personally I suggest you use rammer,
vents, and optics but that’s just me. I know you aren’t going
to like what I am about to say but you aren’t ready for higher
tiers yet. I would suggest playing tier V and VI until you
have at least a three skill crew, honestly shouldn’t take all that
long with boosters and what not.

The_Chieftain: It's a very odd tank. By every measure, it's supposed to be pretty
poor, yet I tend to do quite well in it. Maybe it's because it has
such a poor reputation on paper that I'm subconsciously very
conservative with it, and it works out quite well. The 2pr is an
autocannon, and the depression is excellent.

704. The gun shoots faster, flies faster and generally hits what I
point at. None of that can be said about the Chinese tier 9.

The_Chieftain: Oddly, I've been rather enjoying the Tier IX. Even with the base
130mm gun, when it connects, it seems to do damage (over 500hp)
more often than not, more than I would expect. I'm -presuming- the
152 is better, but both are listed as Tier Xs. I've had to put
a turbocharger on it, though. It is a little unresponsive.

The_Chieftain: He does. Basically there are two basic track types. The 18"
track with the external guide horns, and the 23" track (HVSS) with
the center guides. The very original track was just a simple flat
rubber block, which gave limited grip and had to be rotated after a
while to wear on the far side. Then they decided that was
inefficient, and made one with double-thick rubber on the
road-touching side.Still, though that gave good wear and pretty
fair grip on roads, offroad it was still poor, so they developed a
'tread' or chevron to give a bit of bite. This eliminated the
need to carry additional grousers, such as you may see on an M10's
hull side (or on an early vehicle, turret rear). There was also a
track with steel chevron which used less rubber, which was a
critical material.
