Is this the Smoking Gun?

TeriyakiTanker: So I was looking at your chart, it is showing you have 1951 battles but only predicted 1231 correctly with WR, now correct my ignorance but how is that 95%?  to me that would seem like 63.1%?  Which seems right in line with PR and XP.
