1)IS-4 vision slit of driver will be removed, it's true. It won't influence damage model of the vehicle though. All in all, it's only aestetich change.

2)Because we think the it will make this vehicle overperforming. We do not want to buff it in one update and face necessity to nerf it in the next one.

3)Are you sure that E-100 was not intended to fire on a bit longer distances, as all German Tech Tree is intended to?

4)See point 2. We want to balance E-100 and have it overall performance even to other Tier 10 vehicles. But we do not want to creat an Imperial Death Star.

Pz IV was always along with KV, though the last one was rebalanced 3 updates vefore the Pz IV. Please, do not play with facts.

Also Pz IV will be rebalanced to overally tweak it's performance with new equipment.

XP rates depend on many things and also on the performance of the whole team. There is no difference between nation or type of the tank you play. Factors will always remain the same.

T-43 has rather few HP of Ammo Rack module to balance it's good parts with other vehicles. I would suggest you to use 'Wet Ammo Rack'  as additional equipment and also train your gunner with 'Safe Storage' perk to make the situation better.

Currently we are satisfied with vehicle performance and do not plan to change it.

We do plan to increase amount of tutorials, but not in the nearest future. Currently I would suggest you to watch some player-made materials on the matter.

It will be additive to all bonuses (camo net, skills) and than the result number will be a multiplicator for the bonus amount basing on the second type of your calculations. This is what I've meant initally. I will try to choose clearer phrases next time.

1)We are thinking about adding second Heavy Tree in future (no firm decision for now), but we currenlty see no place for 3rd German Heavy Tree in the game.
2)Though we have many maps in development currently, they all were postponed. We will add new physics and new render to existing maps first. I cannot say when this process will end, but we most probably won't see any new maps in 8.0, 8.1 and 8.2.
3)Yes, we have it in plans, but it has low priority and will be implemented only in the next year, if ready.

1. F-30 85 MM can be used on KV and KV-3. This guns are neither popular nor effective on this vehicles. In contrary, L/70 per our statistics is one of the most used guns on some vehicles aside of Panzerkampfwagen IV
2. It won't receive general nerf in 8.0. Could you please report the person, who told this to you?
3. You would hardly flip him over. Flipping over will be overall nearly impossible. But you will receive credits and XP for dealing him damage

A lot of your questions on in game features is covered in that link.
As for the naming and shaming, its been discussed a little in here.
You say similar to WOWP, but WOWP did name initially, until it was removed.
In WOT 37 players were permanently game banned last month for "Excessive and repetitive passive pay" 23 were warned.
Similar numbers compared to the last WOT announcement which included a list of 42 banned for the same reason.
As for the insults and provocation in game category, as stated in the other link we processed/investigated about ~1200 players this week.
But to be fair we were catching up on a bit of backlog there.

Tanitha: Don't stress : ) This is no auto banning based on the number of points,  it is possible but we aren't going to be using it.
The reason (as you said) is old points are meaningless, and World of Tanks is pretty veteran now, one off-topic post a month in between 100 great posts would equal 24 points by now over the last 2 years (ignoring the previous 10 limit).
Sanctions are either the default duration, doubled due to repeat offenses within 7 days of the previous expiring, or escalated to management due to repetitive and excessive rule violations and then based on a human investigation taking all things into consideration.
So in short, ignore old points, we do.

Exactly, blocking (As in preventing movement completely) is not something covered by the FF/TK system, so that is best reported to support.worldoftanks.com with a replay.
It will result in a 1 day game ban issued to all who were the perpetrators of the griefing/blocking.

Hello Players.
The next topic which could use a little clarification is the new "Forum Warning Points" system.
A bit over a week ago the forum updated and part of that update was a new forum warning system.
It was very difficult to explain to you the players exactly what everything meant, and what the changes meant, because the system was programmable and currently not programmed.
So first of all we had to program things in, develop the procedures, and then come to this stage where we are now ready to explain what the "Forum Warning Points" mean.
The Old System.
Based on the forum rules, every warning or sanction generated 1 warning level
Warning levels ranged from 0 -> 10 and were represented by a red bar to the moderation team under the players name.
This simply was used as a visual representation of the players previous warn/sanction history, and was not used for anything else.
When a players warning level was at 10, warnings and sanctions continued as normal without the level exceeding 10.
The New System.
Now the new warning/sanction system has a feature where players can see their previous warning history & number of warnings, this is on by default, but may be switched off.
Warnings and Sanctions can now be programmed in, for a moderator to select from the preprogrammed reasons and corresponding sanction times based on the severity of the offense.
All old warnings issued before the system was introduced show as the reason "Other"
Warnings and sanctions issued "currently" are also under the reason "Other".
Soon the warnings will be titled correctly based on the main offense that occurred.
Warning levels have no range and vary from 0 -> no limit.
Warning levels will soon increase by 0-> 3 for a rule violation, depending on the severity of the offense.
Escalating sanctions.
A players warning level is not directly related to sanctions placed.
Default (and now programmed) sanction durations exist.
Default forum sanctions usually range from a warning, 6 hours of "Read Only", 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, Permanent.
If a player repeats an offense within 7 days of the previous sanction expiring, the appropriate sanction is doubled.
Rule violations considered major will receive sanctions without any warnings previously being issued, Warnings with no sanctions are limited to minor offenses.
Repetitive and excessive rule violations are referred to management where after an investigation the decision may be made to start escalating sanctions instead of the default.
Sanctions for forum offenses may result in game bans being issued, or cross platform (multi game) sanctions, however such situations are rare and not desirable.
System Integration.
The new system will be rolled out in stages, starting with WOWP -> WOWS -> WOT
The first two to be mid/late this week, with WOT to follow asap after that, but currently no fixed ETA.
Player Difference.
Players shouldn't notice a great deal of difference between the systems except.
Now players can see their previous warnings and warning level (which may or may not be switched off shortly)
Moderators will be able to increase their work flow substantially which will reflect in less of a turn around time in handling forum reports, etc.

1)We do not plan to add such emblems, though we will add different thing in 8.0.
2)Not in the nearest update. I cannot give you even an ETA on that.

We do plan to add some specific achievements for Artillery, for example,  achievement for killing 2 vehicles with one shot or for destroying 3 Tier X vehicles in one battle. Also there we are thinking about an analogue of Kalabanov's medal for SPG's (with different amount requirements, ofc) and other intresting achievements. But it has low priority, so probably won't enter 8.0-8.1 updates.

We do not plan to change Object 704 performance currently, though we will take a close look on Foch and probably slightly decrease some parameters on it. It's currently overperforming a bit.

Unfortunately, we were not ready to split the PzIV in 7.5, that's why it currently overperforms with new MM spread. PzIV like, for example, Soviet vehicles in 7.5, has to be reworked to keep the in-game balance.

It has a very low priority, though we still do plan to implement it. Unfortunately, I cannot give any ETA on this. Plus implementation is much more difficult than just grabbing actors speech (we already have the audio ready). In order to introduce such feature we should develop a system, which will recognize the nation of the vehicle you are currently playing. Moreover, it should be done in the way, which won't increase workload on the player’s computer. Thus it needs time to develop. And it will be developed, but later, once we finish more important features.

Tanitha: Gold spamming is what we refer to as websites who fraudulently state they sell gold, (which they do not and can not provide).
Such fake websites also couple up with spamming their URL's into the game chat.

Tanitha: Hello Yarl, the in game complaints don't goto individual complaints, they goto a stat type system.
For example when we goto the stat system to process complaints, the player at the top of the list might have had 50 complaints today.
Due to the large number of player complaints we would then flick over to the bot detecting system and go through the players playing stats.
These tool shows us detailed stats for every game the player has played,
But still you have 3 reports per day (hopefully going up to 5 shortly) So I would suggest it's better if you don't go reporting people for being AFK at the start of a battle and instead save them for when you really need them.

As for doing tank companies over the weekend, it's somewhat difficult seeing we don't have the man power in office to fill an entire tank company. This isn't a direct "no we won't ever do this" but for the moment, it's not possible.
