Subject: Reinstate Zoe

PapioTitan, on Apr 10 2021 - 19:39, said: I briefly watched a Zoe stream recently and Zoe stated her downfall
was the result of "5 or 6 other CC's complaining about me". Arty
more than likely had nothing to do with it. Zoe seemed to be taking
it well; a few Chicken Little followers not so much.

Jaguarz: Thinking thats paranoia and seeking victimhood, how would
they know if other CCs complained? Outside of expressing a
like/dislike for another CC they pretty much ignore each other
except when moving viewers between them for mutual
expansion. Either they did/said something bad enough to be
kicked out or they produced poor quality content and were not worth
keeping in the program. Theres other who should join them. Everyone
wants there to be some big conspiracy theory against them but
nearly every time its just you.

Link on message: #12806765
Draschel: How is that exactly what you said. You have had 2 responses this
thread, and none were what I said, much less ''exactly'' what I
said. Those brackets are not tracks. They are spaced armor
panels. They appear though, virtually the same as
LFP. https://ibb.co/C5jRX0X It happens
most with Chinese and Rusha tanks. As you can see, you would never
be able to guess that the lower plate actually constitutes spaced
armor triangles. But through experience, and of course 3rd party
available programs, you find out generally the hard way in a lesson
learned. When you strike spaced armor, you generally penetrate it
because it is thin. But not the armor underneath or behind.
Especially if angled obtuse and a ricochet, or the shot simply
passes through and misses the vehicle hitbox. But hitting and
penetrating the spaced armor, like gun or track shots, produces the
"critical hit" and that is from the LFP
Subject: Idea on how to REALLY fix the spgs?

DVK9, on Apr 10 2021 - 15:14, said: Now then you arty haters... You cry when hit 3 times by arty
yet you still fail to move knowing their reloads are 30+seconds
long. The key to survival has always been movement.
Same for arty. Shoot once maybe twice and move. all fell into the
camp mode rather well.
Link on message: #12806763

Draschel: What you clearly do not understand, most evidently, is that
artillery rarely ''balances'' campers at all. With tracer fire
being so hard to ascertain nowadays, counter battery is most
wasteful. Better off hoping to whatever deity you worship, that you
have an EBR on your team to yolo scout the other teams SPGs first,
before their team EBR scout you. But back to SPGs and what they
fire at, slow heavy tanks and assault TD are so defensive and
likened to SPG hard cover, that they are willing to rather be shot
by 3 tanks in direct fire and/or crossfire, than be in SPG line of
sight. They cling to arty cover and shadow. They congregate in
cities, ruins, rocks, whatever just to escape arty. Tank destroyers
are rarely spotted, so what does artillery do? Well those that do
use a map and can see red, start shooting at what is visible. Which
are mostly scouting and dashing light tanks, and ridgeline medium
tanks. The mediums on these ridges use the leeward arty shadow
sides of the ridges for cover, but won't help them versus things
like conqueror GC or S-51, which are just about vertical dropping
mortars. So what you have, are teams of forward observers fighting
each other, arty firing at the forward observers, heavy tanks
sitting in hard urban cover boxed in corners and not leaving, and
TDs not getting spotted in the back. Arty doesn't dig out camping.
It causes it. That is why everyone loves the arty-free games, every
single streamer nowadays you tune in to, they immediately say at
the start, no arty, going to be a great game. Unless they are a
light tank doing assistance missions. The only time artillery
dishevels camp attempts, are organized advances and CW. Where they
are used with specified purpose, and
communication

was still a muppet at the time, please forgiveness. I do have both
in my garage, but I have tonnes of tanks no longer played. But
again, long time ago. I think I played panther maybe 1 battle since
it received the L100 75 (and that was forever ago) which was a
mistake. I wanted to take out Panther M10 and instead readied it,
THINKING it was the panther M10 as they are both panthers, and both
right beside one another in carousel. That battle I got the (M)
badge, lol..... as Mastery badges didn't even exist the
time I played through it. As you can see with my VK3601. If I
were to redo them, I am thinking VK3601, which is hefty better,
because of konisch and mega HP. 1300 + 2-300
combined?Panther is bleh, just because you can penetrate tier
9s like none other doesn't really equate to much, 135 alpha. Say

Draschel: Tiger H has a few competitors, and is an outstanding positional and
tournament DPM tank. Competition include A45 premium tank. IS
running the 100. AMXM4 running APCR and 105. Carro running
88. Out of all these, Tiger has the most DPM (+75 over 2nd
place, and 2nd does 150 not 280) and is tied for most HP and
VR. Out of all, it also has the most alpha except AMX broke as f---
premium. Again, among all, it has most accuracy and shell
velocity Tiger pays the price though, it is slowest. And
you are taking that tank to med flanks?

the most important. Winning is but one, easily exploitable part of
performance. Can you win, cause damage, assistance damage, survive,
kill, block, highest hit% -> all these things. These all
sum performance.

Draschel: https://ibb.co/yfHb7Wf Let us take a moment to
look at all facets. This person, I wouldn't say exceled at the
tank, did great, Etc. He did fine. I consider this fine.
But......caveats. This person did this tank, a long time ago. I am
talking, real long. When +3/-3 MM still existed, and gold
ammunition cost real gold. He did it, starting by using the L56
too, from VK3601 and grinding up to elite status. When boosters
didn't exist, blueprints didn't exist. He did so, when there wasn't
the tiers 1-6 HP buff, a whole tonne more of HP for T-7s to farm.
He did this, without 2.0 equipment, without repair wrench and first
aid kit being re-useable. He did it when fire ext had to be manual,
unless you purchased auto for gold. He did this, when Tiger didn't
have 240 alpha even it was 220, aim-time was 2.9, and when Tiger
gun dep was -6 only. Needless to say, I know this, because I know
the person in question. I've known him, for decades. Now, I
can turn and ask this person, is Tiger H better with 280 alpha,
more potential damage, better aim time? Or is it better if it
still fired faster with 240. Just think, think real hard, what his
answer would be. If he were to replay it, and he has on
another account which has it 3-Moe. I'd expect 2K damage, 500
assisted easily. Maybe more.

Draschel: As far as I can tell, the better players agree with the fact, Tiger
has been generally buffed. AvalonChurchThe CC, Casual I
can watch any professional, effective, high performance
streamer and ask them, is Tiger much better now that it was,
1.7 or so, and they will say yes, it is. Arguing over
the internet is futile. I can't convince you. Could you convince
me? Doubtful, because powers far greater than you, have convinced
me prior about the topic at hand. You can believe whatever you
wish. I can believe whatever I wish. But performance is different
than belief. Performance requires doing, knowledge to do, accepting
what something does and does well, positioning, numbers, Etc. And
you seem lacking there. I just do not see the point to casual
complaining. Unless it is certainly something with utmost
merit to complain about, that every goes on and on about. Like
arta, or 25%RNG, or camo, or +2/-2. But you are complaining
about something dumb that no one will feel slighted or take notice
of, except you.

Draschel: How many times have you noticed, and complained about trading 280
instead of 240? Half tier 8 meds still do 240. Of course you don't
notice it. As a needless complainer, you naturally complain. You
have a reasonable shot to 1-hit tier 5 SPGs with AP, and can 1-hit
all w/ HE (even LefH18) except bishop. With AP you 2-shot all tier
V TD except AT2. And you don't notice, of course. How about all the
game savers when the 1-hit is at 250 HP and you have to pray for
240 high roll, well now you get 280. Complaints? Of course not.Who
said anything about sniping, that is you. The only one complaining
about the buff is you. I like the ability to trade 280+280 instead
of 240+240, without a DPM loss, and better gun
handling.
Subject: Idea on how to REALLY fix the spgs?
Link on message: #12806547
Link on message: #12806547
Draschel: Proper fixable solutions for SPGs not even on the
list.Either: 1)Make them tanks destroyers, and appropriately
buff their HP, view range, aim-time, accuracy, DPM. Give them
normal HE rounds, and HEAT as premium2)Limitation of 1 per side,
nerf their penetration by 80% to remove the unfair and common roof
/ deck pens. Decrease splash damage but place in minimum damage
effects Decreasing splash damage, but allowing for minimum
damage effect, are very important. SPGs should not be like T92 or
S51 in respective tier, miss the target by 7m and still splash
for 400 damage. Likewise, the polar opposite is needed too. A poor
SPG like Bat Chat 158 should not be directly hitting Maus or Type
5, and dealing 0 damage critical with that hit.
Fairness operates both ways. Decrease the damage dealt by non
penetrating splashes, however remove those obnoxious 0 damage
direct hits that not only infuriate artillery but also massively
buff armored tanks. This is a huge problem, because artillery
understands this by experience, don't want to waste shots, and
instead focus on light and medium tanks, that they can actually
damage reasonably, rather than assisting the team more and focusing
on things like Maus and E100

Draschel: I just did. Would it pain you to read it?Certain tanks, like
Centurion RAAC, Centurion AX, 112, 113, T-22, 907 - there are many
out there. They have LFP brackets supporting the chassis and
suspension. They are modeled in Live View, as very undiscernible
from the rest of the LFP, so are easily mistaken for LFP and the
actual hull body of the vehicle. But these brackets
isntead aren't part of the hull but are exterior, rather just
extrra slabs of spaced armor. Hitting these, produce 'critical
hit' but actual tank body beneath isn't penetrated for
damage. Hitting armor first and ricocheting into tracks,
doesn't produce auditory 'critical hit' As it is ricochet, or
bounced off the commander yells out first, because the shot
deflected first.
