Why did they "buff" the Tiger's gun?

Draschel: Tiger H has a few competitors, and is an outstanding positional and tournament DPM tank. Competition include A45 premium tank. IS  running the 100. AMXM4  running APCR and 105. Carro running 88. Out of all these, Tiger has the most DPM (+75 over 2nd place, and 2nd does 150 not 280)  and is tied for most HP and VR. Out of all, it also has the most alpha except AMX broke as f--- premium. Again, among all, it has most accuracy and shell velocity Tiger pays the price though, it is slowest. And you are taking that tank to med flanks?
