Why did they "buff" the Tiger's gun?

Draschel: I never said winning isn't important. All I said is performance is the most important. Winning is but one, easily exploitable part of performance.Can you win, cause damage, assistance damage, survive, kill, block, highest hit%  -> all these things. These all sum performance.
