churchill50: It's cumulative across all 4, just like past years. The difference is that this year decorations don't have levels. They're all the same level.And there's also a difference in how you get points. You get 3 points for putting a decoration in a spot, then another 1 point for putting another decoration in that slot (even if it's a duplicate decoration). The only part I'm not entirely clear on yet is how many times you can get an additional point for replacing the decoration in the slot.  Hope that helps OP!

churchill50: If you're not playing Randoms or buying boxes, as far as I know there is absolutely no way for you to get Shards/decorations to increase your Festive Level. To use your language, you're not really kucked so much as kucking yourself.

churchill50: The second one has the stock gun, which has different ammo choices.The top gun on the Emil II has APCR/HEAT/HE, the stock gun has APCR/APCR/HE.

churchill50:  Once you've placed decorations in all the places, go back and replace them with other decorations (even if they're duplicates). That gets you extra points (don't ask me why though). I've heard it's still more of a grind to get to Festive Level 10 this year even with that, but haven't confirmed that yet.

If there's one thing WG does right, it's Holiday Ops. The Advent Calendar offers are a great option, especially for newer players or those who play tournaments but don't want to spend money on the game.The economic bonuses are incredible.Lootboxes are generally done right, in that you're guaranteed to get more than your money's worth. Plus, the pity system this year will prevent players from spending exorbitant amounts trying to get that one premium they want if they're getting unlucky.The crew members, styles, crew books, personal reserves, and discounts on tanks that you can get are all great. Overall, it's an amazing event.

churchill50: I would say it's decently likely to come up in the Advent Calendar. Nobody knows for sure though. It's definitely not a reward tank.

1LT_Dwayne: I have the heavy spall liner on my main slot and it suppose to reduce HE shell damage by 60%. Is it really 60%? Seems pretty high for the damage I get in battle.

1LT_Dwayne: Can you spare a coin for the poor sir?  What is the price reduction means? For the 75 boxes it says -33%. Is it 33% less than last year boxes?

1LT_Dwayne: How are you so sure? If other companies have proven to do so why not this one too after all the triggering events this company have shown. Look at NHL from EA sports for example. When you start to dominate too much your players start to do crazy stuff while the players on the losing team get better. (I don't mean real players but AI players that compose both teams). You goalie can't block a shot from the blue line but their play like god. This is not a coincidence. The system is real and everyone who played this game knows what I'm talking about. Most of the time the best player wins but instead of winings 7-0 it will be more like 3-1 or 2-1. The equivalent in WoT would be a dynamic RNG that adapt to what is happening in the battle. I'm not saying they have put that system in WoT but with all the money grab crap they did I wouldn't be surprise. It is possible that certain players have limited rng while while some can experience the full range of +-25,%?

No sir, each guaranteed drop can only be earned a total of 1 time. So you need 240 minutes of watch time across the duration of the event.

We've got plenty of festivities lined up for y'all to enjoy this Holiday season, both in-game and out.
While the Advent Calendar is in full swing and Holiday Ops are just around the corner, we're also launching the "12 Days of Tanksmas" stream event. For 12 days, tune in to the WoT NA Twitch channel and watch for at least 150 minutes to earn the daily Mystery Drop.
Each day features a new Mystery Drop - in which you have a chance to receive a variety of consumables, goodies, and potentially one of the tanks being featured in the Advent Calendar.
If you receive a Mystery Drop, you must log in and claim it before 04:00 AM PT on December 31st! (Pay attention, that's December 31st and not January 1st!)
Additionally: we will be broadcasting the EU vs NA show match on Day 4 (December 11th) at 10:00 AM PT
On December 13th through December 19th we will be running a special Charity event, with special charity streams on December 18th and 19th.
As a quick recap - Guaranteed Twitch Drops (small boxes & style) will be available between December 9th and 27th, with guaranteed drops after 60, 120, 180, and 240 minutes of total watch time, respectively. These will be available on the official channel as well as participating CC channels. All NA CC Streamers will have drops available.
Between December 8th and 19th, there will be daily Mystery Drops available on the World of Tanks NA Channel. 
NA vs EU Show Match: December 11th at 10:00 AM PT
Charity Event: December 13th - 19th
Charity Streams: December 18th & 19th

1LT_Dwayne: I play higher tier and most of the battle I'm in have red, orange, and yellow players. I don't see the point of saying higher tier is too difficult but since last two month I get wreck by almost everyone no matter how good I am able to play. Pretty weird. I'm not even sure if I want to spend money in this game anymore.

Am I missing something here? Don't pay attention to what I say in chat. I was pissed and couldn't even pay attention to what tank I was shooting lol.

churchill50: The Community Contributors have been getting them over the last couple of days so that they can make review/guide videos on them.This happens with most new premium tanks.

1LT_Dwayne:  You are right but I want to add this. The players who plays outdated tanks right now are the ones who put themselves at a disadvantage. We all know some tanks perform just better than others so if the quality of gameplay is going down those OP tanks perform even better. But who care about tanks and MM balance right?
