events. Just play your best and make the most of it either
way. Long term win rate...that is totally on you. Over
a large number of battles, the good teams and bad teams average
out, leaving only your contributions to the game. If you find
yourself consistently below 48%, you should be asking yourself how
your are hurting your team. A 45% is actively hurting his/her
team every time the battle button is pushed. Common ways that
players actively hurt their team include: - Playing above their
tier competency level. If you are one of 3 top tier tanks in
a 3-5-7 match, failure to carry your weight is crushing for your
team. - Not fulfilling the role required of their tank. Scout
that fails to stay alive and spot targets on an open map, heavy
that fails to lock down key corridors, TDs (or wannabe TDs) than
camp base waiting for the last 60 seconds of a losing match to do
their damage, etc. - Failure to hit and pen shots. Point at
weak spot and click...what's so hard? - Failure to look at the
minimap...ie. not falling back to defend base, going solo to a
fight and then complaining about no help, etc. - Winning a flank
and then throwing away their tank by pushing across open ground
against entrenched base defenders If you lose a lot, I
guarantee your play has one or more features of the above
behavior. You can try to fix those issues, or you can keep
whining about "bad" teams. However, if you don't stop being a
giant anchor for your team, your team will always be BAD.
1LT_Dwayne: You are right but I want to add this. The players who plays
outdated tanks right now are the ones who put themselves at a
disadvantage. We all know some tanks perform just better than
others so if the quality of gameplay is going down those OP
tanks perform even better. But who care about tanks and MM balance
right?
